good driver.Hotels which was provided to us in shimla -dharamshala and amritsar was worst.Hospitality,room service,food was not good in these hotels as compared to hotel in manali and dalhousie. We told them for providing 3 star hotels,but these hotels don't deserve 3 star rating form their service,room and quality of food. Rohtang pass was closed in april month.so we coudn't go there..At the time of booking they didn't tell us that rohtang will be closed in april month.If they would let us know about this then we would plan this trip in end of may or june month.we have to make plan again for special rohtang pass only in future.lol..otherwise it was an amazing experience to be part of himachal pradesh for 10 days.It was memorable experience of my life. Special thanks to Mr.Arun sharma (Aryavart Tours & Travels.) for Complimentary cake and candle light dinner at manali. once again thank you for making this trip memorable.I will surely come to manali again in future..Manali is the heaven of india.

such a beautiful trip in this budget. The service was spotless and the response was excellent. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. Driver was the best time-pass (no offence ;-) ) which we badly needed in such a long voyage by car. Another thing which felt awestruck to me the most was the daily feedback taken by Ms.Richu at the end of the day probing about how my day was and whether I had encountered any problem. Also during the trip, she helped in all the way possible. I have travelled with many travel agencies and believe me there are very few travel agencies which are this sensitive to their travellers. Cab was well maintained, hygienic and comfortable. Hotel(s) in Manali -- was the best location with splendid views surrounded by the mountains covered in snow. By some misunderstanding in booking confirmation, we happened to live in three different hotels. But there was not much issue as the luggage was shifted to the other hotel by the hotel staff and I rather enjoyed three different hotels & hospitalities by paying for one hotel. ;-). And all three hotels were great. One important things for the traveller willing to travel to Manali this season. In Manali, due to some NGT issue the Rohtang pass was closed for private vehicles. Which made us so sad that the entire mood of the trip was vanished. But on asking to our travel agent, she gave us an idea which worked quite well and out of all 5 to 6 thousand tourists, we were the fortunate one to reach the Rohtang Pass without much struggle and got to play in the snow and our mood was regained. While returning from Rohtang pass, we saw these people clicking their pics with the patches of few feet of the snow that too after walking around 8-10 KM from Gulaba (30-32 KM down to Rohtang Pass) and I felt pity for them.
