The trip was awesome and enjoyed a lot. Got an immediate response for everything. The agent were really very friendly. Special thanks to vasundhara for being on, for us day and night. She replied me in an instant whenever i questioned regarding the trip. A minor issue was faced regarding transfer but believe they guided for everything even at that moment making us feel that we are not alone. They were friendly for everything. The arrangement for hotels and transfers were really up to the mark. The hotels were at a location where we had all the required shops according to my requirement. The payment method should be changed as we do bill payments where we can directly transfer money instead of adding beneficiary manually as money can be wrongly transfered(This goes for Travel Triangle). I know that is easy to rectify and you guys will do it. Please keep doing this good work. They proved to my trust. A big thanks to Vasundhara from Smiling Trips as they were my planners.
