OVERALL TRIP WAS GOOD....EXCEPT 2 THINGS MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF FIRST DIRECT FLIGHT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN FROM DELHI TO SINGAPORE INSTEAD OF MAKING IT TOO HECTIC FOR ME BY GIVING THE FLIGHT VIA MUMBAI SECONDLY HOTEL IN SINGAPORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN NEAR LITTLE INDIA THERE BECAUSE FOR VEGETARIAN INDIANS THE PLACE IS AWESOME FOR FOOD INSTEAD OF BEING GIVEN SO FAR FROM THERE. ALL OTHER THINGS HAPPENED TO ME, WERE QUITE WELL MANAGED UPPALA VILLA IN BALI IS AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

The itinerary they gave us was changed when we went to hongkong we had to constantly ask our travel agent to make alternate arrangements for places to be visited.the size of the rooms were disappointing Visiting Disney land with the family.

First of all I would like to thank the representative of Smiling Trip who helped to fix the destinations and arrange the trip by including all the spots of our choice. We were contacted every day to get the feedback during the trip. Some of the rides were cancelled during the period of travel and the representative arranged alternatives for that. About the trip : We had 3 days in Malaysia and 4 days in Singapore. The trip was well planned and everything went well. All the pickups were punctual and all the representatives were very pleasant. The hotel room in Malaysia was not up to the standard but everything else went well. All the locations mentioned in the itenary were covered. We were properly greeted and welcomed in every location and there was no confusion. The only thing happened was during the last day when we were dropped at the airport at 4:30pm and our flight was at 10:50pm. We had to wait in the airport for 6 hours. Overall I would rate 8/10 for smiling trips and extra 1 for the representative for their prompt responses and proactive planning. In Malaysia : Genting Highlands was a good place. The travel to genting in a cable car was the best moment. In Singapore, Sky and Luge ride in Sentosa island and universal studios were the best places we visited.

Smiling trips has organised our Dubai trip for 7 days. Everything was taken care by Mr. Shan, right from choosing the right hotels and planning the entire trip itinerary perfectly. I must say he is one of the most professional and humble person you will come across. He takes care of everything without you being worried at all and I believe people like him are a perfect example for the customer delight. Smiling trips is actually adhering to their name and giving other "BIG" players in the market a run for their "money and services". Positives: 1> Hong Kong Trip was well planned, the travel agent Roger was nice and he clearly explained things to do. Things that did not went well: 1> Waited for 1.5 hrs at Macau ferry terminal for the hotel bus. 2> Macau lot of communication problem, people does not understand much english. 3> 2 Nights in Macau is waste, its better to have a day trip only to macau. Rather have 4 nights in Hong Kong and a day trip to Macau. 4> The Hong Kong airport charges Rs1600 should have been told earlier before booking the trip. Hong Kong -- Disneyland and Ocean Park

Travel agent was friendly and helpful. Trips usually have a lot of give and takes so there was a lot of pros and cons. Planning phase: Itinerary was well planned and every things was planned and visa and airtcikets were executed timely and well ordered fashion without much hassles. From Singapore and Malaysia side, Red apple managed and helped us. Customer care was friendly enough and helped every time called. Malaysia: In malaysia,Hotel was good and the staff were favouring indians and hence were usually helpful. Trips were decent but not much detailed on the account of only 2 days in hand. Time constraint was a bit annoying at times. No problem on point of touring. Cabs were excellent. Only disappointing thing was hotel pickup for Singapore which was scheduled 1.30 hrs for a 10 mins journey and delay from our side of 30 mins resulted in serious rudeness from driver. Snow park was not worth it and could be replaced by anything more meaningful. Singapore: Best was Sea Aquarium. city tour was good but try booking optional tickets for flyer in the city tour, Though extra money it is worth it. Universal studios was excellent. singapore altogether was excellent. but try and avoid the cultural hotel, though in central location, small rooms and awefull services.
