Overall It was a great experience with Travel Triangle and Travellers Paradise. The best thing about Travellers Paradise as an agency is the responsiveness and the company's honesty. There were ...
minor glitches towards the end of the trip but can be overlooked. Rajin & Samit were great in their coordination. I would like to thank Rajin our Driver cum Guide for his mindblowing insights and his humourous attitude. He exactly understood what we wanted and he delivered it perfectly. I would reccomend Travellers Paradise to use Rajin as frequently as possiable as he knows what is Guest Delight. Thank you, Travel Triangle, Travellers Paradise & Rajin for a Memorable Trip.

Right from February 2018 when we planned our trip to Bhutan...Ms.Pearl Pallavi had been very courteous and helpful. Mr.Samit Chhetri of Paradise Tours is a wonderful person who helped us immense...
ly. ..right from customising our itinerary. ..to helping us with our immigration formalities. Even when we were travelling he kept in touch with us enquiring about our visits and if we needed anything. Mr.Karma our driver is a safe and good driver who regaled us with stories of his country's history and mythology. He was a willing photographer ready to click pictures whenever we requested ..He stopped the vehicle at many a places to capture nature in her myriad moods. The 4 hotels we were put in were comfortable and 2 of them with nature so close to us was a visual delight.the only hitch in the whole 8 day trip was when our vehicle slowed down because of some problem.Mr.Karma promptly called for another vehicle and made our journey smooth. We thank Pallavi ,Samit and Karma for making our trip to the mountain country a memorable one. The Buddha point was overwhelming. Being pelted by tiny balls of ice as we climbed down Tiger's nest .The journey from one place to another with the green mountains for company will long remain in our memories. Chela la pass and Ha valley was breathtaking. Each place has a niche corner in our hearts.

We were a group a 8, and we had booked our 6D/5N trip to Bhutan with Travellers Paradise. Our overall experience was quite good, as the trip was planned in a rather relaxed manner, suited to our ...
liking. The customisation of the itinerary is what worked out best for us, as we were not looking for a lot of activity. These guys were able to give us the best combination of all good things in our package, to make it a wonderful trip. Some major positives -1. Personalized trip experience, matched to our preferences2. A full time chauffeur driven van, wherein the driver was very helpful and accommodating throughout the journey3. The hotel accommodation throughout the trip were quite warm and comfortable. Except at Peaceful Resort, Thimpu that had electricity issues (when it was 1-2degC temperature), everything else turned out to be quite fine4. Wholesome breakfast at all venues of stayHowever, I would also like to point out some negatives -1. The car provided to us to travel between Bagdogra and Phuentsholing (both at arrival as well as departure), was in a bad condition. The middle seat was broken, and given that it was to seat 3 people for a journey for 3-4 hours, it was quite uncomfortable.2. The van provided to us was relatively old as well. During the same trip we came across a lot of travelers who were using similar vans that were newer and hence more comfortable and spacious. The seats in that case would've been better as well. Since we spent most of our time on the road, traveling between the various towns in Bhutan, the comfort level of the car was crucial to one having a good time.

Had a memorable trip to Bhutan. All the hotels provided for accommodation were as per our expectations. The car(Toyota Innova) as well as the driver were top class. All the legal formalities lik...
e permit/ pass were taken care by the driver himself and we did not have to worry about those at all. The driver also acted as guide all along the journey and was very cordial and helpful. The Travel agent was also very helpful and accomodating. Well before the actual tour started, we talked a lot about the trip and he allayed all my fears and apprehensions. After reaching Phuentsholling, he personally met us and helped us in converting currency notes and arranged a Tourist Sim. Also assured us of all possible assistance regarding money or any other problem that we may face in Bhutan. In short, we are very satisfied with the way Mr Samit managed everything and communicated with us.One small point of contention though and we are deducting one star for it. Among all the quotes we received, we selected Travelers Paradise because they were the only one who included a trip to Haa Valley in our itinerary. From our research, we found that Haa Valley is one of the least explored places in Bhutan by tourists and hence, we were very excited to go there. However, despite mentioning Haa valley as one of the destinations in our itinerary, when we were actually going there, our driver informed us that Haa Valley was not included in our tour plan and hence he couldn't take us there as going there requires a separate pass which was not obtained earlier. As a result we had to return from Chelela Pass (which, by the way, is also a very mesmerising place and a must visit one). We were very disappointed about not being able to go to Haa valley and when we asked Mr Samit about it, he was very apologetic and it sounded as an honest mistake from his side. But due to this, we missed the chance to visit Haa, despite it being on our itinerary. That was the only negative aspect of our whole tour. Among all the places we visited in Bhutan, I would like to highlight two particular points as must-visit. Punakha Dzong and Chele-la Pass. The former for its amazing architecture and grandeur and the later for its breathtaking natural beauty. If one is short of time, instead of going to Thimpu, I would suggest going to Punakha and Paro only. One more important thing to remember while travelling to Bhutan is, instead of focusing on the destination, enjoy the views while driving through the mountains. The views are breathtaking and if you have a cooperative driver like we had (a shout out to Mr Sundar, you really made our trip memorable), you won't even feel how time pass. Some important trip for travellers-1.Keep regular medicines with you. You never know when you would require them.2. If you are planning to hike to Tigers Nest, wear appropriate clothing and shoes.3. Talk with your travel agent regarding each and every aspect on your itinerary before actually travelling there. It will save you from missing important points like we did.
