Holiday Triangle

A happy 3 day trip to Manali/Kullu, organised with easy via travel triangle and holiday triangle. The trip was well planned and covered most of the popular spots. Volvo ride was comfortable and the hotel was decent too. The view from the hotel balcony, however, was excellent. Meal was a challenge in where the staff on day 1 communicated a different menu and provided different option. They, however, made up for it on day 2 by including a non vegetarian item on request, Cab facility in Manali was goof, however the driver could have stopped for a while in the route for few scenic photographs. Despite conveying this request to driver, he never stopped at any point midway. Overall a good experience.

The stay was good except at alleypi where I was told 4 star houseboat is booked but when I saw the house boat it was third class the ride also was not good they did not cover all the areas of back water , we asked for sunset view but it was refused I will not recommend house boat at all Also at the last day there was gap for payment which created confusion

It was a great experience for me. Most importantly which I would like to highlight over here is that kerala people is really kind with awsum behaviour. Everyone should visit this place once in a lifetime as this is full package of nature's beauty with greenry, adventure, beaches, temples and much to enjoy. Thanks! We undertook 4 nights trip to himachal covering all the major devi temples. It was a great experience. Totally satisfied with the service provided by them. Our travel agent Mr. Jagdeesh customized the whole trip as per our needs and was in constant touch with us for the whole trip. Driver was equally good and pleased with his attitude. He also showed us places which was not there in the itinerary plus he was on time arrival for pickup each morning. I was earlier skeptical of Travel Triangle as it was my first time booking with them. But I have no regrets, it was worth every penny. Had a small issue during the trip but their executives ensured that we were not troubled and it was resolved in a short span. The hotel accommodation was good and everything was as explained by the executive. Overall 5 stars to the whole team who planned our trip and ensured that it was a memorable experience for us. The level of satisfaction can't be explained in words. I have travelled with different travel agencies but by far this was the best. The executives really connected with us and were there to help out or suggest as per our needs. Hope to use their services real soon and would definitely suggest all to use their services. For all those first timers with Travel Triangle don't think just book with them. You won't have any regrets for sure. Finally once again a special thanks to our trip advisor and planner - Jagdeesh and our driver for the trip.

✓Good cab condition and driver behave was excellent that your primary expect ✓Resort was good but other hotel (hotel season) was very bad as specially in food services ✓Also house boat experience was good but night stay might not be good and also all meal plan was not good at all ✓i recommend to not stay in house boat overnight And u can optionally select much better hotel except House boat

Agent gave us what we required. House boat facilities should be given better It was a memorable trip for us. The nature of people of Kerala is amazing. I loved kovalam. All the facilities of hotels were very good. The driver was very co operative. Thank you..

I'm glad I decided to make trip from u guys.My agent from holiday triangle( Gunjan )is best in all way try to resolve all prblms easily But one thing i dont like in my trip that driver is not so good he is not so friendly does not tell us the spots to roam and when we tell him some locations he deny most of the time Overall trip is nice because of u guys Thanks

Pros:1. tempo traveller & driver services are very good.2.food & accommodation are very good in all hotels that we chose. Need to improve: services & cleanliness at Sky village camping in billing, Himachal Pradesh need to be improved.it is run on solar panels as there is no electricity. We are not aware of this as we traveled with kids & seniors. Triund trek at dharamshala, horse ride in kajjiar lake, Dian kund & kalatope Trek in Dalhousie;paragliding in billing are spectacular!!!

I planned kerala trip with holiday triangle during dusheera holidays, 3 families with 3 small kids. Gaurav was the representative. The initial discussions , tour planning and all the bookings were done very well by him. We got a pretty decent economic package with him. I was told that our vehicle driver will be more like a TOUR GUIDE as well so that he will explain/show site seeings, any on the fly schedule adjustments depending on our interests. But once, our tour started we realized that our driver can just drive and cannot be like a guide. He was very calm. We had to ask him questions about the site-seeing places and then he would reply in a word or two. So, disappointed in this aspect. Day 1, 2: Athirapally waterfalls, munaar went well. Day 3: inthekkedy the boat ride operates every 1.5hour starting from morning 7am to 3pm. we planned to take the boat ride by 10:30am . But, our driver suggested to visit spice plantation first and then go to boat ride as it is on the way. we agreed. Once done with spice plantation we head to boat ride and realized the waiting time for boat ride is 4hours. Even if i wait for 4hrs we would never get ticket. the early u reach the early u get the boat tickets. v missed this attraction. day4: is the most horrible start gaurav reserved royal river house boat for us. the boat reserved was in repair. The owner of the boat very conveniently made us sit in the boat (inspite of knowing that the repair time would be 3-4hours) and started serving welcome drinks and starters. He did not plan alternate house boat for us. All the other house boats started sailing and we were waiting for our boat to start. After a waiting for sometime we asked the owner for the reason and then he replied that boat is in repair. When i asked gaurav he said he will follow up. But gaurav couldn't help us. Instead Gaurav was supporting the boat owner. After a long wait, fight, discussions the boat was fixed and we started sailing at 4pm. The owner of royal river is Rahul. He is very rude and indiscipline person i ever seen. Never go with royal river. But the house boat stay is awesome if everything goes well. Highly disappointed on the travelers.
