Sight seeing of Gangtok was not planned as per the iterinary Darjeeling sight seeing

We (group of 6 adults 1 child) travelled to Gangtok and Sikkim for 6 nights, 7 days. The trip was very well organised by Himalayan travels. Himali, our travel agent was clinical in all aspects of the booking (hotels, cabs, etc) and was very helpful throughout. Also the pricing compared to other tour operators was quite reasonable. The drivers were cooperative and safe. Lastly, Ms Shreya from travel triangle always took care that everything is in place. This gives me enough encouragement to recommend your services to others. The journey to beautiful Himalayas became more soothing; all thanks to you guys. Keep it up!!

It was very well organised trip and all the items mentioned on the itenarary were covered. The travel agent used to keep a copy tab of the trip on daily basis to ensure itenarary is followed

I had a very satisfactory experience with Himalayan Travels for Darjeeling -Kalimpong-Gangtok tour. Travel itinerary was well planned and executed. Mr. Ravi coordinated the entire trip very well. The stay in Hotel Himalayan Retreat in Darjeeling was very pleasant. Hotel was very neat, staff were very polite, food was really good. I must mention our driver Deepak here. He was very polite, in time, and maintained timeliness very well and we were able to cover all the places because of him. The stay in Summit Barsana Resort in Kalimpong was not satisfactory. Though the property was very attractive, the cottage was not well maintained, hotel staff behavior was very rigid( got very weird hospitality since our breakfast and dinner was complimentary). Breakfast was worst and they did not serve it in time so we ran late to reach Gangtok in time!! The stay in Lindsay Cheu Den in Gangtok was good. Hotel was very neat( but was really looking to get a room in higher floors to get better view). Hotel staff were very polite, food was good. Our driver Arjun was good guy. He managed time well and covered most of the places. Sightseeing in Gangtok could have been more comprehensive, I found it was not that exciting. Although, visit to Baba ka Mandir and Tsomgo lake was lifetime experience. Altogether it was a nice and very memorable honeymoon tour for me and my wife. Thank you all for your efforts.

We were five in a group. Gangtok trip could have been a bit better experience. Chungu lake was shown only while sittig in car & sightseeng was less compared to travel time. Dareeling was a very good experience for tourists like us! The driver was very cooperative & made us happy. Hotels were quite satisfactory & Mousmi your agent was caring, sweet and accommodating. Ouir trip was enjoyable with her efforts. THANK Mr. Aditya of Himalayan travel for a well managed enterprise. Food was very tasty at both hotels. Valley Vista staff needs special mention as stay was made comfortable with their efforts.

Himalayan Travels was really very helpful and helped us enjoy the trip by providing suitable alternatives even though we had multiple landslides during our trip. Nathula pass was awesome.

It was a wonderful experience at Sikkim..!! Had a great time.. The choice of hotel, food and the transport arrangements were very good.. The members of the hotel and transport coordinators were friendly and courteous.! Special thanks to our travel coordinator Ms. Himali Nag (from Himalayan tours and travels) for liaising a comfortable trip.

Overall tour was executed as planned. Only negative was we couldn't reach our travel agent during the tour.

Five element gave a very good 1st impression but day by day the service got bad and the hotel staffs were not responsive other than Mr. Prem kitchen staff was still a little cooperative. rest all the places were good enough.
