The overall experience from booking amount to getting vouchers and car details was very smooth. We got voucher within 2 -3 days and vehicle details a day before we were to reach cochin airport. Getting driver partner who is well versed with all the locations is a boon to the trip. We were allocated Mr. Askar from Biju Sir's company as our travel partner for 5 day trip. starting from cochin airport to alleppey --> munnar --> thekkady and back to cochin airport. Mr. Askar was very well aware of the all the locations that we never felt as if we are coming kerala first time. Whatever you want just tell him either north indian restaurant to 100% pure veg restaurant, he will take you to that place without any difficulty also he acted as our personal photographer too :p , overall the trip was excellent and amazing, all thanks to Mr Biju from great indian vacation and lot many thanks to Mr. Askar.

Experience was very good , all drivers and hotel staff and agent are very polite and cooperative. Just got one point in notice that for stay in munnar for hotel breeze there tv channels are all in regional languages so we did not get any channel to watch in in hindi or english which was quite irritation. Rest all experience was chill and as per our need. Special thanks to our driver Askar ji who is very friendly and cooperative. Also payment option is quite different as we have to give our all payment at 1st day only while we want to keep 10% of our payment till last day for our security purpose but agent was not ready to listen so we need to give it on 1st day only.

It was a great trip for us. We are glad to express that the service provided by Biju( Great Indian vacation) was exceptionally good for his hotels choice and commitment to give us the best plans. Especially, our cab driver Muhammed who has be very polite, friendly and we never made any issue in the entire tour.He was well groomed,was always adhered to covid protocol , he is well aware of all the tourist spots and his suggestion helped us in exploring the things around in our trip.
