Driver was rash and used to apply breaks too hard. At Cochin, driver dropped us to airport 4 hrs before and did not helped us to visit local market. We asked him to halt at Lula mall so that we can purchase few gifts he told us that airport is about 1 hour from Lula mall but it was just 15-20 mins away from airport. Offering us the private ittenary activity which was not a part of real ittenary and when we refused to opt, we experienced a bit arrogant gesture. Overall average trip. We would rather be opting for self planned trips in future instead of going for agent and then regret. 1. Thekady hotel (Woodnote) is best. 2. Elephant Ride

Out of 4 hotels 2 were worst in terms of room heating, water heating, services and cleanliness.

I need to thank Mr Sahil from Book It Forget It and Ms Puja from Travel Triangle for making our trip booking easy. Even though the initial booking made through another vendor ran into problems, Sahil jumped in at the last minute and got all the bookings done in a very short period (I was really nervous and thought that I had to cancel the trip). A heartfelt thanks for Sahil and team for ensuring that my trip happened on time and all the hotels booked were very good. A special mention of Mr Sekhar who took us around Kochi, Guruvayoor and Alleppey in his car, the original driver assigned to us didnt turn up and hence Mr Sekhar who owns the cabs, himself turned up and made our journey very memorable. I can never forget his hospitality. I am glad that everything worked out for perfectly and looking forward to book my next vacation soon. Our stay at the world backwaters resort was the best. We also liked the houseboat on the backwater

thanks to Sreedev(driver) for his immense support all the time(even for our lost luggage at airport n later) like a family member and ofcourse Sahil for solving our issues. I would request you guys please DO NOT suggest SPRING DALE to anyone. very bad experience at SPRING DALE;they don't know how to speak not only with us but even with my parents they spoke rashly. they don't have basic etiquette, how to speak, Food n service also comes..they dont have food to serve n service you should forget about it. In breakfast(which is paid by travel triangle) had 3 poori and half katori sabzi for per visitor. It was not only us the other tourists were also facing the same issue. I would highly recommend you guys to remove SPRING DALE from your list else it will for sure spoil all your good deeds , name and reputation.

Best memories in my trip is in munnar tekkady and kovalam this place is very nice all natural buties are there

kindly give Inputs to Travelers where ever online ticket booking facilities are available. so that they dont have to waste time in standing in long line.

The services of Mr Sahil vij of bookitforgetit are just too good. Called him many times to make changes which he did. The driver Hari was good but could have been better, talked very less, but was extremely safe, well mannered and an excellent driver. The hotel Rivulet in munnar is a one of a kind hotel in India with river flowing in between. Hotel in tekkady, tiger roare was ok, but then all the better hotels were packed, excellent view of the forest area. Boat house was a good experience. Our hotel in kovlum, uday samudra, was too good, thanks to Mr sahil for arranging it in a reasonable price. In all a very well managed tour.

i have been there in Kerala for my honeymoon trip for a week ( munnar , allephey , Kovalam ). all the places are good and this was added to my one of the memorable trip in life with wife.....Thanks to shahil ( bookit forgetit ) for arranging everthing neatly and very comfortable travel.. ( small draw back in the trip was , the Kovalam hotel food , ( we stayed in Jasmine Palace ) Food is very bad and my recommendation is Not choose this hotel ........ Thanks Sri Munnar was very awesome place for couples , really the climate is so cool and enjoyable .. If you are liking the beach , then kovalam beaches will give you a fantastic experience as equal as some foreign beaches ... and allephey house boating is experience also nice one to keep it in memories of your life..

i booked for honeymoon pack but they did not provide me the houseboat providers says they are not informed about the honeymoon trip by the travel agency. other things are excellent the cab the driver. if anybody booking ask for kl32 h 3445 by jithin driver
