Hotels and hotel services are very delightful and politely given. The food quality and variety is also good so giving 5 starts to it. I am giving 1 start to cab and Driver services. Driver and his service is not cooperating at all during the trip. Some point to highlight Driver carries his own 3 big bags Car does not have Bluetooth facility Patch / tear tire used. Finically are last day tire punctures. Except driver and Cab facility all service were good and charming. Thank you so much.

The experience at the hotel was good. However, the boat house was not up to the mark and no honeymoon arrangements were given. Which was mentioned to us as per the package but did not keep up the word. This was disappointing. And the cab driver was not so aware of the local places to suggest for good food and hotels and was also in a hurry to drop us off much before our time to depart. These few points could have been better managed. Nice views and we could cover a lot of places.

Service is good.. good support from cab driver and house boat staff. Had good time in this trip. One suggestion would be that sort it out if any money related issues with your counter parts. Travellers should not be involved in it.

The overall experience was nice. But in house boat the AC was allowed only half day. As it was not mention anywhere in advance.

The trip was well organized. I had enjoyed a lot. I had enjoyed every day of my trip.. So my full trip is a pack of memorable moments for Lifetime.

As it was our first wedding anniversary , so we wanted to make it special. We visited to Munnar, one of the very beautiful and romantic place in India. We booked our package with Travel Triangle...the experience we had earlier was very good but this time the travel agency "BOOK It Forget It" has disappointed us. The reason behind they didn't took the initiative on their own. We had to wait for our cab in airport for 3 hours because the cab which was booked by them had some issue so couldn't reach at the time we arrived at cochin airport.After half an hour of struggle we called our travel agent Vikas to update us about the cab, so he said I wasn't aware ki aap aaj travel kar rahe h. I was very angry and raise a complain against the travel agency for the irresponsible behavior but then Sahil and Vikas finally helped to get the cab arrangements. Once we boarded the cab our trip was in a safe hand. we enjoyed the trip to Munnar, hotel Rivulet resort was very good.Food was also very delicious. Another tragedy was waiting for us in Allepy boathouse. We were transferred to another boat which was not booked by us, the situation was not so good in that boat house. Washroom doors were broken, window glasses were broken, kitchen was not at all looking hygienic but this time Sahil has consoled us by commiting that he will transfer us into a new boat but the actual thing we came to know when we talked to the new boat's captain. He said we booked this boat but due some engine problem we were transferred to that boat. I only have a question to the travel agency that if you guys are already aware of such thing then you should inform your client before they get panic on such things. After the houseboat ,last day we moved to cochin and there also we enjoyed. The overall experience of the trip was good keeping mishaps aside. Just want to thanks Sahil and Vikas for saving our Anniversary Day from getting spoiled.

Travel agent should share travel itonary prior to the date of travelling,he must provide advance payment to each and every service provider from whom he is taking service. Can driver should not ask for cash payment form the client. Driver should have all the details with him. Our driver make us wait at airport . Although he was very good by nature but he was not having the details where we have to visit , when I ask on second day he arranges from his owner. After paying in Advance the owner of car from the we landed in coaching ask for payment, he stops car for not making the payment to him.
