In Munnar Hotel room was spacious and clean, we were upgraded to deluxe suite from economy. but the problem is front desk was not responsible the cut the phone abruptly without hearing us clearly. There were no laundry service, spa and hair dryer in that chill climate. Food was below average. House boat experience was awesome. Both the capitan and chef were decent and well mannered. Food there was yummy with authentic Kerala taste. our cab driver is attentive and mindful. He guided us well by his simple English. He covered all spot as much as possible and very punctual. During house boat stay, we were landed in a small village nearby. where we purchase some fresh water prawn and crab. our chef cooked it very tasty and neat. Am so much impressed by his cooking. I won't forget this memory. Our trip was a memorable one. thank to travel triangle for making it a special one

there name suite them . Once they book my package they just took the first installment of the payment after that they never call me , everytime i need to call them and telling them my payment is pending when i have to pay. And our driver asking for the payment because they didn't confirm the payment to the driver. Even in the resort they also don't have the status of our payment.They need to work on that

Over all trip is superb. I like it very much. Please improve your cab services(he always says we have a time limit of 6pm so we don't go after 6) and house boat is also not very much good(Behaviour of boat staff). I was promised that I receive proper candle night dinner they do provide us a candle night dinner but experience of that dinner is very bad. So please improve those things. But I like over all trip.

First and foremost, the experience of booking through traveltriangle and bookitforgetit was swift. Secondly, the cab driver we had was the best selection we had. He was friendly, courteous and helped us save money while en route. Stopped at the best food outlets and we had an amazing authentic kerala style food in Kochi. He took us to a lovely spice plantation and had a lot of patience while we shopped and clicked photographs. Lastly, the house boat and the services on the house boat were by far the best stay of our package. Now coming to the sad part. Apart from our hotel in Kovalam - Abad harmonia, our stay was very uncomfortable in Thekkady and Munnar. Springdale heritage is Thekkady rates itself as a 4.5 star hotel however services, room quality, food was horrible. We had to escalate to the General Manager after which they realized there mistakes and gave us quality food in the end. Atleast they apologized to us the next day for their services and offered us cookies and cakes as compensation. Dream catcher plantation in Munnar didn't even do that. Apart from few staff members, all were unfriendly, unhelpful. Stinking bathrooms, damp rooms, low light and basically very bad room service including food. Location of dream catcher is 22kms away from Munnar city which takes FOREVER to reach on the hills. Abad Harmonia in Kovalam was the best 3 star hotel which was part of our package. We had rooms with great view of the swimming pool. Food and room service was exceptionally brilliant.

The driver met with an accident at the end of the trip due to rash driving The hospitality of the resorts and the location of those resorts

Trip was well organized for the most part, except for the delay in Airport Pickup and checkout from HouseBoat. But nonetheless, nice stay, professional staff and well coordinated trip. A little bit of better communication between transfers would be perfect. Thanks to Sahil for putting up a goodtrip.

Hotel provided by the agent in alleppey Citrus retreat was undoubtedly the best one. Hotel grand in thekkedy was also good, neat and clean room. However we had very bad experience in munnar, Woodpecker resort. Rooms were not clean at all wall had seepage issue, even the floor had seepage issue. There was always water in the room floor and we have to continuously ask the hotel staff for mopping. Connectivity was also a big issue in the resort. No hot water facility and food was also not good. It was pathetic. Cab driver was very good.

All the hotels were gud except houseboat. It was a nightmare. It was the worst part of the tour. Springdale Heritage was average. Nearby Location is very low scale. Stay in dream catcher in munnar was awsome.

Overall it's ok ok tour. Alleapy house boat was not good experience because the house boat is not clean. Water quality for use is bad and not visited village within boat ride. Kanyakumari tour is good trip.

Overall our kerala trip was amazingly planned and arranged by the agent whatever promised was delivered Destinations covered were really amazing specially Alleppy was really memorable. Thank you travel triangle for this amazing trip. Hotel in kovalam could have been a bit better everything else was perfect.

could make the payment options more clearer. itinerary of the boat could be better. driver's guidance on the whole trip was not satisfiable and could be better. the service of the staff in the resort and boat was good. overall it was a pleasant experience.

trip was good but we had two problems one with the hotel booking and second sentosa itinerary. though it has been addresses by travel agents immediately but still we had discussions with hotel reception . also did not like the city sight seeing tour. guide was very rude and uncooperative and only covered 2 points and did not allow us to enjoy the stops .overall it was ok but was not good in comparison to the last trip we had got planned from travel triangle .
