I had only booked cab for 7 days. Car was good. Driver Sujeesh was very nice, informative and polite. Full points for that. I cut down a star from bookitforgetit bcoz i had specially mentioned Hindi speaking driver, however driver could understand but not speak hindi. Fortunately one of my family members could explain to him in English. Also he was very nice so it worked out well in the end. But this was a serious lapse on agency's planning part. Munnar and Poovar island were the best.

Book it forget it is doing a good job and can be trusted, having said that the Transport provider provided us a major hiccup when he risked the flight back. The transport company should provide good communication skills to their drivers and they should make sure that they take into consideration the time taken to reach airport. I had very good experience. Cab driver was very heplfull and cool. and as package booking din find any difficulty to book it. Every thing was as per the planned. The only thing which I din like is that the house boat. In my hole trip I had asked to book 4 star hotels and they were perfect and my last day I had planned for houseboat and it was very dirty. house boat bathroom wasn't cleaned. there wasn't hot water. bathroom din had door latch from inside. window curtain was very old and teared. I will suggest please see pictures of houseboat before booking it.

Except the mountain courtyard & camellia resort rest were all poor including the house boat, 1st day stay in Cochin safa hotel was more worst than a lodge Cab driver was really helpful and always stands above my expectations, book it forget agents were also helpful when approached for any assistance.

the tour provider did not provide the right services. The book it forget it is not a responsible tour operator. The communication they did with me was not at all clear.
