Book It Forget It

Loved the overall trip, most of the time spends in travelling.. Felt hotel stay in main munnar area but green trees some what interior. Hotel seasons thekady services are all good, but room is not so spacious.. trip was well arranged and enjoyed the trip. Arrangement is good.

It was good experience but on Trip I call so many times to Travel Triangle & Book it Forget it no proper feedback provide from both. In quotation mention provide swift/Figo but I surprised when Indica provides by Book it Forget it. From Alleppey to Kovalam 170 KMS but driver take 7 to 8 hours time to reach Kovalam due to my whole day waste at Kovalam. In whole trip only House boat arrangement is good. driver was not aware of destinations mentioned in the package. Dont just put so many things in package if those destinations are never covered.

Trip was good but the agent response is very bad and hotel booking is not as per our requirement before confirming the trip for everything they will be okay once we paid the money they keep on changing the hotels and iternety they provide something and finally they will tell that it by mistake, and they tell to hand over the money to driver and if we complain regarding this to travel traiangle person we didn't get any response very bad support from travel traiangle too and simply we paid extra from our Pocket.

It was best experience ever

We are not happy with the arrangement done in Allepey i.e. house boat ( I booked the superior luxury boat but the boat is hardly premium class). The amount which I paid for the trip is not worth it. Also, there is lot of issues with regards to the payment also. So overall I am not happy with my trip

Dear Nitin, This is regarding the issue I faced on the last day of my trip. The overall experience of the trip was very awesome and pleasurable, but the last day was very bad for us. On day 6 (Friday 17/02/2017), when we reached Aleppey in the morning at 10.30 am, our driver (Mr Arun) called up the Butterfly cruise people so that they can come and do our check- in. When the first time we called the Butterfly cruise guys, they said to wait till 11.30 so that they can do our check-in some time. At 11:30 when we called them again, they did not pick up the calls. At that point I called you up to inform you about the same. After you gave a call to them, immediately the cruise people called us and said to wait till 12:30 pm as the boat was getting cleaned and prepared. We waited for some more time and then finally they took us into a boat for our trip. The cruise people/BookitForgetIt/Travel triangle should have confirmed us the exact check-in timings to avoid any hassle. We did not even have our breakfast when we had to check out from Kovalam hotel (Neelakanta).This was purely a wastage of our time & resources. After checking-in, they told us that lunch will be ready in some time. We were just sitting out on the deck at leisure, when we found out that they had rowed the boat to a near harbour to check-in one more couple with us in the boat. We had specifically ordered for a private boat, and that was what I had paid for-- full privacy and accomodation; which I did not get there. I had called you up at that time but by the time our telephonic conversation completed, the cruise boat had already left the harbour with the couple in the boat. We were served lunch at 2.30 pm and Moreover, the food portion served in the boat was very less. for lunch, we were served only 1 fish per person, and then for dinner we were served only 1 chicken piece per person. The quality of the food was very poor. Although a late check-in was done for us, they did not even consider to wait for us to have breakfast the other day before checking us out. Again , we had to leave our breakfast mid-way to get out of the boat. We were checked-in at 12.30 pm on the boat (late check-in) but were kicked out at 9 am the next day (mid breakfast). I mean which hotel does that??? Extremely hostile and rude behaviour it was, and mind you, this was my honeymoon trip(once in a lifetime trip), not some regular family trip. We were so much looking forward to this boat stay, but instead of making it special for us, they ruined the experience for us. This was not what I had expected to get in our trip. I request you to refund me back the money I paid for the cruise experience, as I did not get what I paid for. Thank you

Loved the overall trip and had no complaints whatsover. The house boat food can be improved The tree house stay in munnar is must do for honeymooners who wish to explore the nature. Also wild corridor hotel in thekkady is a very beautiful location and secluded from the hush hush of crowded market place. Overall an excellent trip thanks to bookitforgetit and travel triangle

hotels wer average.. cab driver bebeto was excellent.. Santosh from trivel Triangle was rude with me.. n even sahil (agent) was not guiding properly..

Cab Driver Should Guide More Properly As We Were New To The Place Where We Go.... Should Be More Talkative

The service was good. The travel agent was decent. The All the hotels were good except, The Pedal Palace in Cochin. The driver Abilash, was exceptionally good. Vignesh. The houseboat and the Kovalam beach. Also, our stay in Munnar. I feel almost every part was memorable. I wish our stay at Kochi could have been better.
