While Ooty entrance there is E-pass required, ur driver was not aware of this. Tempo Traveler is not allowed to enter Ooty b4 evening, which was not informed to us by ur agent. We being Advocate requested Police Officer, who allowed us to enter otherwise ur driver parked his vehicle and asked us to take auto from that point and to bear the expenses. Driver was good but we felt that he tried to take us to places as per itinerary, due to which, we had not seen 2-3 places. Hotel at coorg was not good and moreover it was more than 30 kms away 4m Coorg. It was located at Outskirts of coorg.

After paying huge packages, driver and vehicle is not at mark, driver not able to speak eng and hindi language, it is so inconvenient to us and also not using google map while driving, every time asking everyone, not reached any destination in time, always late by 1 or 2 hrs. Hotel room booked by was privilege suite which is not provided, ask to manager to change room where executive from sterling denied…. It is bad experience….. we have…… No
