Overall experience was very good. Most of the Hotels provided were as per expectation except the houseboat as they in the end tried to shift us to some small boat to save costs which was rectified post discussion with the houseboat for 1 hr. Cab was good, neat and clean and driver’s behaviour was also good.

I had a fantastic experience with Amaze travel company during my Kerala tour, which included Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey. The package was budget-friendly, and the hotels were exceptionally clean and of high quality. While the food at the hotels was decent, it could have been better. The itinerary covered all the must-see places, and Our driver was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. SAHIL for his assistance throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this agency for a memorable trip.

Mr. Rohit, who was coordinating was just too ignorant about things. It took me so much time to get my requirements right. After the deal was finalized he was asking for more money because he did not read the prices correctly. Pathetic service. The trip was good.

All the arrangements have been made as discussed... Really appreciate the cab driver and his approach for our sight seeing... Coorg was amazing... Driver took us to all the important sight seeing points

1. Agent given us the diver details at the last moment. Needed multiple reminder to do that plus Travel Triangle intervention 2. We asked for a English speaking driver. The driver though polite and friendly, knew little English 3. We asked for all 4 star accommodation including the boat house one. Except the Munnar Cloud casstle, rest were barely at the 4 star. God's own coumtry, (Kerala) have some meaning. Kerala sightseeing and boat house was an unique experience

Till Ooty planning was nice, also enjoyed toy train suggestion, but travel agent didn't plan mysore trip well, had to rush to mysore and the journey was terrible. Took almost 6 hrs to reach bcoz of road work, travel agent should also keep up with construction work going on route and suggest accordingly. Overall experience was satisfactory Botanical garden visit and eating maggi with my family on dolphin point was magical

Overall, the trip was good and the itinerary covered all the sights we wanted to see. The biggest issue we had was that the tour offered an English speaking guide but our guide spoke only a few words of English and we struggled to ask basic questions and kept communication to a minimum. He was really a driver. He dropped us off at the different sites and did not accompany us or give us any background about the things we saw. I complained to Book It and Forget It travel agency on the first day but they did not make any changes. Otherwise, our guide was an easy going, punctual, nice guy who really loves getting from point A to B in the shortest time possible (which also meant we skipped lunch if we didn’t ask for a stop). We never felt unsafe, but his seatbelts didn’t work and was passing cars on windy mountain roads with 1 lane traffic. The accommodations were overall nice, some with really nice views! No major complaints, but some were actually 3 star hotels when the package promised 4 stars and above. Alleppey house boat was very scenic and nice and the home cooked meal was the best!
