Hi Sahil/Puja, Thanks to Puja and Sahil for arranging such a great and comfortable trip for us. It was really nice and all the arrangements were very good.Much appreciated. As discussed, request you to please provide us two separate bills for the hotel rooms/ houseboat stay. We would need one bill (for one room) on the name of Shailendra Gupta and Monika Gupta. Rest 2 rooms can be booked on the name of Lokesh Gupta. Request to please provide the bills by today EOD or early tomorrow as bills needs to be applied and approved (for LTA ) before end of financial year. Also, as discussed, regarding feedback of cab driver.The driving was extremely rash and after repeated request it did not get any better. Moreover, he did not look enthusiastic in in he said that that 2 or 3 sight seeings cant be done as its closed.However when we went there it was open. Just wanted to highlight this feedback so that it doesn't impact other customers in future.

To be true the hotels were simply awesome :)....aww struck....The driver was OK as a traveller I expect our driver to be towards us but he kept on going in for commission basis :) so stop the stuff please hotels.....overall

The services of travel agent SAHIL NANDA was nice. Hotels were very good.. the car provided was new. we got a nice package.. the only thing not good was the driver.. he was non-cooperative in many aspects.. not committed to his work.. we found it hard to handle the reluctant driver.. he misguided us with the prices and was accomplice with the local shopkeepers.. on the very first day, he even took his frnd along without asking us.. Gulmarg snow was most amazing, Srinagar n pahalgam were also nice.. tulip gardens were best.. if u planning to take houseboat, take a better one like peacock..

Overall experience was good except cab driver. He always kept mum.... Never spoke to us about any spot we visited. we were expecting a guy who would be our friend rather than just a cab driver.

Hotel Neelakanda in koval beach was not good...water in bathrooms was dirty and food in restaurant is bad...over all neelakanda is not good..also in munnar hotel room was too small....boat house was good..
