sorry to say but once payments are made ,NO ATTENTION is paid to your earlier commitments.we have not recieved proper bill and hence not able to claim LTS.... VERY DISGUSTING....

Initially, we were a little hesitant, but Sahil from book it and forget it helped in building our confidence.He provided with genuine and factual information and customized our itinerary beautifully.Everything was provided as per the itinerary.Even if there was some minor issue Sahil was very much approachable and he helped in sorting out. The person who took us around all our 5 days in and around Srinagar was Shahid ; he was well educated helpful a very nice person .It was our honeymoon trip and it was awesum and made memorable by Book it and forget it. It was first time that i had booked a trip with TT, initially i was nervous but right from booking confirmations,sending vouchers, invoices, payment confirmations TT showed a very professional approach. Trip was smooth right from the day we landed at Cochin till we left Trivendram at end of our tour. Cab was good,cab driver was well mannered and well dressed. He knew all the places and was always on time. All the add on items ( room Decoration, candle light dinner etc) were provided and i did not have to follow up for anythng..would like to give a big thank you to TT team and Sahil from book it forget it. Looking forward for many more such trips with TT. EXELLENT TRIP! Each day was memorable. Had great time..

Trip itinerary was not good. he should guide us according to the destination, that how many days we should spent over one place.

Hiiiii In Birds Valley Resort (Munnar)- Room Service is Very Poor. Hotel is good & Site view is nice from Balcony. Hotel Coffee Routes ( Thekkady)- very nice hotel with service also. But no any site view from balcony. AC Deluxe houseboat, Alleppey- Very poor service, no welcoming, no good way of talking, Quality of Food very bad Big rice & Very spicy gravy, as per quotation fruit basket, wedding cake, & flower bed decoration included in that. But in normal plate displayed with fruit desi 3inch size poor quality banana & only pine apple. No any other fruit available. Limited Nonveg food fish served as per our demand. Poor quality cake served. Desi styale & worst flower bed decoration that i have seen in my life by using Desi Petals of Rose & Goldflower . Waste of money in houseboat facility. Kalathil Lake resort resort, kumarakom- very nice & most beautiful, peaceful place. Everyone should go for taking a rest in honeymoon trip. Food quality very bad. As per giving quotation not possible to visit everyplace in a day according to Quotation. But I really enjoyed a trip with full of masti. I enjoyed 6 days with full of Joy, Fun & Masti. I had a very good Holiday and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Saahil at "Book it Forget it" was extremely helpful and was always there to guide us when we faced a minor issue at one of the hotels. I am overall very happy except one thing on which i need an answer from the travel agent is the Hotel room that i got at "Turtle on the beach", where we were treated different from the other guests in terms of accommodation and food. I came to know from the hotel staff that the rooms were booked with "OYO". When I was ready to bear the expenses for a five star property, why was I not booked through a proper channel and Instead they went for a cheaper option. This should have been communicated to me before I went to the hotel, so that I would have been aware of this aspect. But overall, for the other aspects of the holiday, I am happy with the package.

Please check our Itenary fixed by you, it was a bit wrong. Srinagar airport is nearer to Gulmarg as compared to Pahalgam hence last day halt should have been at Gulmarg as we were going to airport from there. We wasted a full day travelling from Gulmarg to Pahalgam. Went to Srinagar in Diwali. It is truly Jannat on earth. More people should now travel there without fear and witness the hospitability, breath taking mountains, snow, excellent cities, food, handicrafts, etc.
