Book It Forget It

We had a very bad experience with the cab driver. From the start of the trip to the end, he was complaining that our itinerary is poorly planned and that the agency had fooled us into paying double the amount worth the value. He verbally abused us throughout the trip saying we don’t know the value of money and we have wasted it in booking a night stay at a boat house and at costly hotel rooms. He also kept saying that he is unhappy with us and tried to change our itinerary every day. When we put our foot down and said we want to go to places mentioned in the itinerary alone, he said there is nothing to see in those places and tried to do whatever he wanted to do. He also demanded extra money to take us to other places that he proposed but we declined to change the itinerary plan. On the last day, he asked us to take an Uber and go to the railway station and said that drop to railway station will not be done as part of the package. We argued that he needs to drop us at the station, but he refused firmly and said he needs to go home by 3pm and wash his car for the next day’s trip for another family. Overall, we are very disappointed with the cab service. We were totally dependent on him to take us to places, but he made us feel unsafe, uncomfortable and unwelcome. We did not go to all the places planned as part of our itinerary but we enjoyed visiting few places as a family. The boat house experience on the “White Rose” was the best! Our boat driver and cook were very professional and made us feel welcome and safe. The food cooked for us during the boat stay was delicious! We also loved spending time at the “JVK Park Hotel” and we felt at home! Food was great and we spent a lot of time inside the room. Our most memorable and enjoyable part was spending time on the White Rose boat! The lovely scenery, amazing food and 5 star comfort were a highlight to us!

Hello, i booked a 3 days trip to Kerala with Bookitforgetit through Travel Triangle and everything was done accordingly. Mr. Sohit was really helpful and always available during the trip for any issue encountered. The driver assigned to us, Mr. Anandhu, was really nice and a good guide - he catered for our needs. We had an amazing journey in Munnar and an awesome stay at Kondai Lip, Allepey. Only suggestion would be to have more sightseeing in Allepey included in the package as we missed the backwaters, other than this, we highly recommend Mr.Sohit's services.

Tremendous experience in coorg mysore trip because of the excellent driver Iqbal Pasha arranged for our whole trip who had willingness to show places. Initially we were worried since we had lot of false promises and confused package details from travel triangle subcontractor agent, later though clarified by the agents manager and travel triangle. Good In coonoor

I have taken honeymoon package for Ooty, Coonor and Mysore. The travel agent was always available to answer my queries, he was patient and understood my req and made the plan within my budget. Hotel in Ooty was the best that I have invested in. Love the experience thoroughly. The driver, Salem uncle was very humble and professional while being friendly. He was very thorough with the routes and he was on time with the plan schedule.
