It was a lovely trip but the taxi provided to us was not good at all it was in a bad condition broken music system broken hand rests etc Hotels were good the staff very cordial only thing want to mention when you book the rooms make sure the category you book and where they are placed in the property. Elixir Munnar was also nice but rooms were ok. The stay at Thekkady in Greenwoods Resort was the best n the hotel.had many in-house activities for the residents. Luxury House boat was also quite nice and the food they prepared for us on the boat was exceptionally good. Also Estuary Sarovar Portico was a beautiful property, but they need to work on there more veg options in food. Overall great experience Overall kerala is beautiful

It was an amazing experience specially at vythri resort. As expected as I have already researched about it and specially asked for the same. Driver was also very good, Very poilte and helpfull only issue with it was he was not very updated about the sightseeing and routes at wayanad as the area was new for him but was overall he was great. We had 2 days stay at hotel delightz in Ooty it's a nice with very nice location but the rooms size is too small was well maintained but very small. Karapuzha Village resort location is amazing with a lake view but rooms are not upto the mark rooms give you the feeling of local home stay not of a 3 star resort. Honeymoon pool villa & tree house vythri resort.

The travel agent was only an aggregator of accn and transport. In my opinion, a agent needs to advise the client on the itenerary and come up with options. However , that was not the case and the trip involved a lot of needless travel which could have been avoided if advised correctly. Customer representatives of Travel Triangle did call but they were unaware of my requirements despite telling them numerous times and did not add any value to my plan. It may sound harsh but once the Agent contacts the customer, your portal just remains a payment gateway of sorts

Our kerala trip was awesome. From managing the trip, to driver of kerala till end everything was just awesome.

TT will always be my go to point for any trips. This one was a bit disappointing. To start with cab was extremely late for pick up. And 2 other occasions too. Cab driver was not aware of timings for safaris and so had to miss them. But he took us to really good restaurants and other sites. Great food (coorg) great sites and shopping.

Except kovalam other hotels were good. We may have to verify contact numbers of hotels from the vouchers shared and also the meal plan.
