ISLAND IS GOOD BUT FOOD IS VERY POOR...BAD SERVICE IN RECEIVING FROM AIRPORT...TAKING TOO MUCH TIME...AFTER REACH ISLAND THEY TOOK 1HR TO HAND OVER ROOM...NEED TO IMPOVE FOOD QUALITY AND TEST.. ..THERE ARE NO PROPER GUIDENCE FROM HOTER PART..NO ACTIVITIES...WIFE IS POOR..IF YOU ARE IN ROOM WIFI IS CONNECT ...IF JUST CROOS ROOM OR OUT SIDE WATER VILLA..WIFI IS DISCONECTTED..EVEN NO NETWORK IN CAFATARIA OR BAR AREA...ONLY ISLAND IS GOOD...VERY BIG...TRIP WAS NOT UP TO MARK SPECIALLY ON FOOD....

Mr. Vikas is always available over phone throughout our trip in spite of poor network Local partner is not upto the mark... As this is our first trip with tours & travels I would like to highlight few points Places visited during our trip: Cochin-Guruvayur-Munnar-Alleppey-Cochin No .of days: 5 days-4 Nights Pros - In current COVID-19 scenario, its safe to travel by your own private cab - Helps you to cover more places* ( *Note: Driver should be also on same page with you for this) - Able to halt at few places on route for capturing the scenic views of location - You always have a person who is familiar with routes, language and places - We even covered few tourist activities which we might have missed if we go without tours & travels Cons - The Driver is not so rigid, so we not able to cover places based on itinerary shared. - We had spent addition money for autos, bike rentals as we the driver is rigid to take us around the city and we want to explore more in available time. Overall Rating: Tours & travels: 3/5 Local partner (driver): 2.5/5 coverage based on itinerary: 3/5 Value for money: 3/5

Planned good by agent but payments not done on time to hotels and cab. at time of checkout hotel kept us waiting as they didn't receive payment on time. hotel Ayur green resorts and spa was pathetic.

It was fantastic planning this trip with bookitforgetit. The whole team starting from sahil, Anjali and the local contact everyone was very accommodative. We were travelling with a three year old kid at a time when the world was panicking over corona virus. Our guide cum driver Hashitha ensured that the car was thoroughly disinfected, took us to quaint but classy restaurants and maintained his own personal hygiene. The hotels/ resorts we stayed were top rated and we liked the experience overall. Our tour operator called us everyday to check whether everything was as planned and take feedback about our stay and travel. We loved Sri Lanka for its peaceful and welcoming nature. It's clean and an happy environment to be in. Right from cultural hotspots like dumbulla caves, sigiriya rock & Kandy temple to beaches like bentota and Mirissa to wildlife Safari in yala, it's a complete package in itself. The whale watching (we saw two types of whales - pilot whale and blue whale... And two types of dolphins) is an unforgettable experience. It was a week we'll spent. Thanks to bookitforgetit in helping me plan this out effortlessly. Whale watching @ Mirissa, Sigriya rock fortress and pinnawala elephant orphanage.
