Overall it was a good experience. Specially the stay in Munnar & House Boat experience in Alleppey But I would like to raise a few points as feedback as I didn't like those. 1. Hotel at Thekkady (Hotel Karar Garden) was not upto the mark. Was shaggy, lacked in cleanliness. No food was available. They provided very bad quality food from outside the hotel 2. The cab driver (Sajeev) was grossly good. But a bit rude when we refused to take his cousin's trip for site seeing at Munnar. He hasn't shown several points as Chinese fishing net, Sanctuary etc. It was a memorable trip for us and will again visit Kerala for sure 1. Hotel at Munnar (specially the tree house experience). Their service and behaviour was excellent 2. House Boat experience was awesome at Alleppey

The Book it Forget it gave us the Best possible prices for SAii lagoon Maldives. Gautum was very genuine & always ready to help. We choose our Island & after that Gautum did Everything for us. We loved our stay at SAii lagoon Maldives , It's the BEST RESORT in the Maldives I can bet it. I have done the research for 1 month to finalize the SAii lagoon. You will love the ambience , the beautiful architecture , white sand beaches, & a wonderful view of the sea. The Maldives can't be explained in words its a feeling, a lifetime experience. The Maldives is a paradise its beauty is mesmerizing. Maldives stays with you forever. It's in your dreams in your eyes in your heart everywhere. Maldives we Love you soo much.

It was really good experience with Sahil from bookit forgot. He has a lot of patience to answer all my questions and showing the property.I would highly recommend to go through them. He gave me a better price and none of them got it Hard rock resort is good but they need to imporve upon the water activities and the prices are huge in hard rock. Reastaurnts are really good.

The trip was memorable... I would like to give 5 star to houseboat.. Boatman and cook were very friendly... Food was excellent... I loved the hospitality... Everything was just perfect. We stayed in Raarees Mist resort.... Food was good... But we didn't get any view from executive room as we expected... There was no housekeeping...otherwise it was good trip..

Overall the service was good. The agent is always ready and willing to help. The rooms of all the hotels were neat and clean with appropriate services. The food in Munnar hotel was very nice. Needs improvement in the houseboat food experience.
