THe hotel at Munnar is not worthy of 4 star. The toilet was smelling, although they shifted our room next day. But it could have been better with respect to price we are paying.

All the properties were good except the houseboat. The vehicle was changed to Marrazo from Innova. We couldn't visit the Kovalam beach as driver was not ready to go on that particular day. The agent didn't bothered to check how the trip is going.

Our experience at the hotel in Bangalore was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and there was no provision for breakfast. However, the hotel we stayed at in Shimoga was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional.

The travel agent shares only a standard basic package instead of sharing multiple options. Also the travel plan is not based on the place from where the customer is coming. If the customer asks for a better option then only suggesting. It should be like sharing the best plan ensuring customer's comfort as well as within the budget.

Overall the itinerary was planned and executed well . On time execution by cab driver in sightseeing. Hotels could have been better considering that I was a solo traveller and needed access to restaurants in house Jeep safari scouting for Tigers in the Madumalai Tiger reserve but regretfully did not spot a single tiger

I had booked a trip for my parents for Madurai-Rameswaram-Kanyakumari through them. The driver arrived at the Airport on time and was very professional. He made my parents visit all the required temples and sightseeing places with great care and hospitality. The hotels were also good and the rooms allotted were nice too. Overall a great experience and I recommend them to others as well.

I had booked cab service from Book It Forget It on my recent trip to Goa-Udupi and had a great experience with the services. The driver was very polite and reached timely at hotel everyday. He took us to all the tourist spots that were there in itinerary and overall there were no issues during the trip. The cab was also well maintained and it drove without any hiccups during the trip. It would be great if agent could provide the Id (like license etc) details before the start of the trip for the benefit of the travellers.
