I just finished my trip to the kualalampur with book it forget it and it was quite satisfactory. I got reasonable deal although others also offered me the same , I choose them on the basis ofore numbers of trips they conducted. Before you confirm the booking they will call you day n night and afterwards you only call them for the service and so the name is true book it forget it. But otherwise everything was smooth, cabs arrived relatively in time and English speaking gentle drivers. Hotel and services were good just for few bugs in the room and noise of construction site outside the hotel I could have given them a 5 *. Hotel also provided decent breakfast. Sunway lagoon was very thrilling

Please note once you book it, you cannot forget it. The excitement from the agent is just in the beginning until you book the trip with him. After that it is you who should keep reminding him. Also I was initially promised by him that any kind of changes is possible from the iternary. However that was not the case. I was asked to pay 5k extra for no reason. I have traveled with other agents on travel triangle n this was not how the others deal. Also when there was noone to pick us up from the airport, I tried contacting the travel agent. He didn't pick the call nor did he call back or reply asking me what the issue was. I had to contact the driver on my own with a lot of struggle. I personally don't recommend the agent!

It is fantastic trip arranged by agent... Everthing is perfect except mongas hotel at dalhiusie...

Cab and driver was very good. And also the experience with house boat was very good. Not satisfied with blue bells hotel in Minunat. Athirapally falls and house boat. The way cab driver treated us.

Night tour was not at all worthy.. Did not covered all the places mentioned in the itenary. We just went to KL tower and Twin tower. The driver left us in China Town for an hour which was not mentioned. Total waste of time.. I was told that higher deck ticket of KL tower is booked but when I reached there, it was lower deck ticket.

The agent was really good helped during entire trip.

I took the BookItForgetIt quote. They provided everything comparably resonable price. Sahil is the best agent you could get. When there was a slight hiccup he was there for us. He made sure we got what we wanted in no time. Driver Vinu was very polite, calm, listening and helping. I strongly recommend Travel Triangle and BookItforgetIt. This is by far the best memory I can tell and we enjoyed a lot. Sahil was our bookitforgetit agent and he is a professional I can say. When we got a different houseboat than what we expected, we called Sahil and he fixed it rightaway making arrangements for shifting to another boat. He made sure I got the cake and candle light dinner for my friend’s birthday which I asked for. Munnar and Allappey are the places to visit in Kerala. Dont plan for kochi beach instead go to allappey beach which our driver Vinu suggested. That beach was clean with 4 to 5 people around. It was an awesome experience!! Munnar stays in our hearts. Its truly shows the earth the way it was created and meant to be. The lush green trees and the water flows. This is a serene place to rejuvenate life. I would say the best time to visit munnar is july end to august start although you have rains coming by many times a day. People wiuld say the best time to visit is winter but I beg to differ!

The trip was not as expected.The hotels provided were not upto the mark.The arrangement from previous trips were better.

hotel: everything is good apart from lack of mobile signal. jeep safari is ultimate. driver: everything was good apart that he dropped us 2 hours ahead of our train arrival time. we were struck in there
