Trip was good bt candle light dinner was very bad . There was nothing on name of candle light dinner. Experience in Munnar was great. Thekkady n Alleppey was good..

some Good part:- 1.Facilities provided by Hotels were overall good except in one hotel . 2.Driver service was awesome. Some Bad part of the journey is... 1.on the 2nd night agent changed the hotel and not also specifically informed to me or driver (in final quotation dream catcher was there but on last moment they changed it to Green trees) 2.The facility in green tree was not at all worth of money . There is no AC in the room no proper bath facilities. 3.In houseboat there is no proper double bed, in the name of honeymoon room decoration boat owner just provided small decoration with few flowers on bed. 4.Agent made arrangements but there is no proper after sale or during the trip communication. 1.Elixir hills & soma kerala palace hotel provided by the agent was one of the best place to reside. 2.Driver was too supportive & known.

Overall had a great trip with minor adjustments here and there which is Okay. Every hotel said that there was booking done for split bed.... Although I didn't had to take those...Can have better arrangement at Kovallam hotel

Awesome trip planned by agent.Driver is very cooperative honest and friendly. Hotel staff was also very helpful. Allepey houseboat and also the care taker of house boat is nice one.

Hotel service very bad.... No phone available, wifi connection is horrible,in 3 star rating hotel...

Hi Book it Forget it, your name justifies the service you have given. Actual meaning of the name is Customer should book it and you (the travel agent) would forget it. Once I booked the package I was promised a private houseboat and a sharing one was included which I noticed in the voucher That I downloaded when I already started the tour. 2nd issue was even after my full payment before I started the trip, the money was not paid to the hotels esp. first hotel at Munnar and the Manager, very polite guy, kept on complaining to me. When I tried to call the SPOC, my god the number given in the mail was wrong...when somehow I digged the number through one of the messages exchanged during payments...Mr. SPOC was nt responding. The Operations guy could be reached and he promished to the manager that payment would be done in the days time, which did not happen that day. At the time of checkout manager said that checkout is not possible without the payment is made and that morning 16th Feb, none of the numbers Book IT FORGET IT or TRIP TRAINGLE responded. I would advice the ppl to check all the numbers they are being given. Because when they would need them the most, they would be found not working or not responding. Also If you are negotiating with these guys please be careful to check the properties they are providing, they would choose the property less than your specified standard. I am sending them the screenshot of the mail where wrong numbers were sent to me.

It has been an amazing trip. The properties booked were as per expectations and the process was really smooth. All the bookings and cab was handled by travel agent. I only had to take care of the payment and everything else was taken care of. Kudos

It was fantastic experience , enjoyed a lot without worrying about any logistics . The team took care of every concern . All hotels were good as promised before during bookings . much thanks to trip advisor salil and not to forget the cab driver . Will look forward to associate again .Thanks

Hotel mentioned in voucher was not booked . Came to know only when we reached there. Have to wait for one hour continuously calling Book it forget it. And then was asked to go to another hotel
