hd a good time only except the boat house was nt good has u ppl booked it in the last minute it was really a bad experience for me that day other than that everything was good hotels and food

the tour provider did not provide the right services. The book it forget it is not a responsible tour operator. The communication they did with me was not at all clear. I had very bad experience throughout the trip. all the commitment of the tour operator were false. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ALL TRAVELLERS NOT TO GO THROUGH 'BOOK IT FORGET IT'.

All hotels are nice . But house boat is not good very old boat some light switch not work food quality very poor . Cab Service was excellent. Mr.Sujeesh's service was cool. Day-1 @Tree House: House was good , Food was very good and reasonable. Day-2 @Coffee Routes: Hotel was pretty good. Day-3 @Boat House : boat wasnt good, food is bad, room was very smelly.

the car was too small for 4 people. When we give our ages, travel agents must be able to calculate the luggage and space requirements. We had tough time adjusting with lugguage, with even driver getting his own luggage. Condition of cab and driver were good though. We saw driver was running his business on phone, so he was always engaged on phone. He was good at showing and explaining the places and coming on time. Hotel stay was good. Overall we are fine and Ok with the trip Nice hotel, Munnar is a nice place. But next time, i will be on my own. We can bring down the prices drastically.
