Book It Forget It

Overcharged us on everything. Hotels have a way lower per night cost than we reserved for. Allepey boat house was a total waste. Broken, unhygienic hotel, totally dissatidfied boat house. We didnt sleep the whole night. Kovalam and munnar prooertues were good.

Trip went as expected, everything in place. The Leaf Munnar was very good. Our driver Sabu was excellent.

Houseboat wasn't good, had prob in night due to mosquitoes and insects, and cleanliness wasn't maintained Munnar wonder valley and tea estate scenes and dinner in houseboat and the exotic scenes in allepey while touring in houseboat

Good convenient trip at good prices easy and convineinet to book

Should arrange something beyond selected things which was surprising or else it will be same as others providing Hotel leaf munnar was remarkable in hospitality and environments wise

"The Kerala trip covered 3 places - Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppy. Munnar and Thekkady was very good. The hotel Elysium at Munnar was good but service could have been slightly better. Coffee routes was v good. Alleppy was disappointing. I had spoken to the agent before booking a houseboat for stay. I would have preferred a sharing one, but recommendation I got for a private one, saying that it is very good and reliable due to association with the agency itself. When we went, we realized it was not. It was a small dimly lit room to sleep and I am unable to believe that all houseboats are that bad. I spoke to the agent and got a hotel booked on the shore. Agent was prompt to book, however, the hotel booked was bad again. Very small rooms, not cleaned well, and the booking part was not mentioned properly to the hotel. I had to pay 1200 extra for the booking as well. The last day and night of stay was bad. It was almost a perfect trip but the last day spoiled it. Been really busy. Anyway hope this will be noted. and Hope that I will be contacted for some feedback as well."

Only at Munnar stay hotel was very bad. The resort name is "NEST" . Worst resort & their is no bedspread on bed. Breakfast is not good. In bath room condition is worst. Except munnar location all location hotel was very good . The driver & Cab also very good.

Trip was really Awesome, and specially service of travel triangle was good. Cab was not in too good condition but driver was very friendly nature.Overall the trip was good in less price.

nice trip, well executed but houseboat , no AC in night & day. Generator went off....slightly disappointed. Hotel stay, sight seeing, Echo point, Elephant ride. Smooth long drive/food .

All services was good and specially I loved munnar. The cab and hotel service was nice. Thank you.

Overall it was a very good experience right throughout our journey. The cab driver was full of info and very co-operative. He guided us very well throughout our stay. One feedback for improvement will be the house boat as it dint have electricity for most of the times and Ac was to be used only from evening 9pm to 6am in morning. In such hot and humid climate it was totally unacceptable. Kalari Payattu which is a traditional form of Kerala fight was totally mesmerizing in Munnar. The cab driver had suggested us to check it out and it turned out to be a massive hit.

Overall travel experience was good. Nithin and Nishant were really helpful and they did regular follow ups until all is confirmed

Trip is good, driver has picked ontime and was careful while driving ........taken us safely and guided as per trip locations..........And as per house boat food is awesome........cook has provided delicious sea food and home made curries........enjoyed trip a lot....... Safe driving by driver...guided properly as per trip...........and finally food in house boat is so delicious.........
