my trip was ok.....hotels are very small.......

Flight booking was not at all good as a short vacation spending 15hrs in transit was pathetic All good memories and equally cherishable

The trip was awesome as the hotels selected and locations were good it was very memorable trips for me and my partner. The Cab driver bineessh is very good and very supporting and guide every place. The overall experience was great. Thanks to book it forget it for making such a wonderful trip. I will surely my next plan with same advisor.

Thanks TravelTriangle and BookItForgetIt for the excellent arrangements. We travelled as 2 families with 3 kids (2 and 5 yrs old). We liked everything... the hotels, houseboat, car and driver. Mr. Nitin from BookItForgetIt helped me with all the travel queries and was very prompt in responding to chat messages and phone calls. We stayed at Cuckmare Resort (Munnar), Spice Grove (Thekkady), Riverland Houseboats (Alleppey) and Kalathil Resort (Kumarakoram). All the hotels were up to the mark as per our expectations. Special thanks to our car driver - Mr. Manoj. Very helpful and nice person. His driving style is safest I have ever experienced. He suggested the site-seeing spots, lunch locations as per our requirements as we had kids with us. Car was in neat and tidy condition every morning. I will recommend Mr. Manoj to everyone. Houseboat (Riverland Houseboats) was cozy and served nice lunch and dinner. They also took care of less spicy and special food requests for kids. Special mention about them agreeing to our request to start the AC bit earlier than their standard time as our kids were sleepy by 7 pm. Overall a very relax and memorable trip without any hiccups. Thanks again TravelTriangle and BookItForgetIt for taking care of everything which helped us spent the quality time with family. I will recommend the driver Mr. Manoj to everyone. He was out virtual tour guide and made our vacation wonderful.

Our travel agent has not provided any details to hotel people of our requirements, like we wanted a candlelight dinner on Sunday which was also mentioned in the itinerary but the same was not communicated to hotel staff, be caused of which we were forced to compromise on the candle Light dinner location. Also we asked for a honeymoon cake which was not informed to hotel staff. Dissatisfied with travel agent. Also hotel staff should ask itenary to travel agent to make all the necessary arrangements.

Thank you for the excellent trip team!! We toured Munnar-Thellady-Alleppey.. Wonder Valley in Munnar was an awesome experience.. House boat with wonderful food. Special thanks for the driver who took additional care and the guidance provided in the journey. I will surely suggest travel traingle to my friends/colligues/ relative's. every moment in our trip was memorable, mostly I liked munnar - tea gardens, greenery, echo point, rose gardens, Waterfalls

The trip was well managed. At every transfer I was received warmly with no wait time. A very good experience with Book it Forget it. I would certainly recommend others to choose Book it Forget it.

In Houseboat no access to living room after 10 pm , Why was it not informed earlier?? No guide available in the boat. AC tripped throughout the night . We booked Misty lake resort but we were accommodated in Lake view. Why ? It rained heavily and one of the room was leaking . Though later we got a different room. Over all not a great show. Nothing amazing as we expected

Really had a Pleasant and refreshing trip great elephant ride in spice garden... splendid experience in the boat house....amazing temples to visit....

It was a memorable experience. Our trip was managed by Book It Forget It and Sahil Vij worked everything to the minutest detail. Our driver Praveen was a very friendly, helpful person who looked out for us in every situtation.. We toured Munnar-Thellady-Alleppey.. Wonder Valley in Munnar was an awesome experience.. We only saw a few Tahr in Rajamalai National Park.. Rose Garden, Echo Point, Mattupetty Dam may be visited if there is spare time.. Do visit a spice plantation.. In Thekkady, we saw elephants, deer, boars etc while boating in Periyar Tiger Reserve. Donot miss the jeep safari through Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.. Though we din't see any animals, but the tea-coffee plantations and the clouds make up for it.. The only disappointment was Riverland Houseboats at Alleppey. We were assigned one houseboat upon arrival, then we were made to deboard after an hour, saying that this one is assigned to another party and our boat is enroute to reach us in a few minutes.. Then the staff tried to put us up in a hotel room saying that our houseboat has an engine problem which is being fixed.. It was 2 pm and when we asked how they plan to give us a cruise-lunch as promised, they said they can accomodate lunch in hotel room. We had to literally fight with the staff to get them to assign another houseboat to us. All this despite their conformation on the same morning that they are prepared to receive us. This 90 minute hassle ruined the cruise for us.. (what could have been the highlight of the trip).. Misty Lake Resorts in Munnar is a great place to stay, except that its approach road is a bumpy ride. Hotel Grand Thekkady is good as far as room space and cleanliness is concerned, but their wifi is patchy.. Local people and service providers are very friendly and helpful.. They prefer to communicate in English over Hindi.. Houseboat food, prepared in Kerala style, was tasty..

Hotel is not bad...but its too inside of munnar..unable to watch so many places.... Wonder vally,lackhart tea factory and athirapally falls...
