Book It Forget It

Thank you for the excellent trip team!! Keep up the good work. Even though we felt price is bit on a higher side trip was awesome especially the boat house. Special thanks for the driver (Harish) who took additional care and the guidance provided in the journey.

1. Even though we did not asked for room type upgrade, we paid extra for the room upgrade as I was informed that the room is not available but when i checked the room at the same hotel, it was available for booking. Being a traveller this was not the experience i expected. No wifi and no heater in the room. 2. The cab driver had no idea where I was staying, he came to pickup 2 hours late and because of which we missed sightseeing of few places. Again not a good experience.

If there are rating below 1 then i must provide it to cab driver. I explain it .he was not covering each place according to iternery .which made my experience too bad. So i am advice every one please dont take ride with thease guys.i asking to you guys if you provide us a cab then why am i taking another cab .but because of his commission he was taken us to other place where he get commission when i denied this then he was behaving too rude.but because of my wife is with me thats why i am not saying anything . He is drinking alcohal too much thats why his eyes was too reddish and behaving too rude. From alleppy to munnar ,because of hill area road is too zigzags ,but he was driving 60 kmph speed. So our lives also in dangerous. He was turning car in hilly road at the speed of 80 kmph. I dont know why he was driving too fast .we are not seeing place in kerla trip .because of driver spending our whole time in hotel. If i know it before then i never booked my trip through travel tringle but now i know the fact and i am suggesting each and every guys in my company and the one i know please dont take any packages because you guys dont know your drivers and the people who have blind faith on you putinh there lives unsafe by providing such type of drivers. So at last i want to say that our package provider book it forget it was too good and hotels also too good . But you have too take care about each and every aspect which made coustmer journey memorable. But in my case i am too disappointed . Houseboad .yes houseboat memories are too memorable .crew was too decent and good. Especially i want too say thanks to package provider'book it forget it', and one more guy is there in houseboat i want say thanks to him(cook) for serving us too much delicious food . My wife also saying me to go again for those unforgettable food taste. Thanks book it forget it.

I booked the trip from "Book it forget it" in evening for the next day travel. Sahil managed everything very well, so kudos to you Man. Everything was good except in Alleppey the boat house was anchored in a place where boat repairing work was going on so it was bit noisy. Few pointer for fellow travelers: 1. Spent maximum time in Munnar as climate is awesome. 2. In Munnar try to have a glimpses of early morning before sunrises, it was fabulous.Birds songs, cool breeze on highland is classic. 3. Another cold place is Thekkedy. Periyar Tiger reserve is hype, you will not see any tiger. But yes u will b able to see shambar, deer etc. 4. Alleppey - Its pure hyped place. Too hot. Suggestion go there and stay in hotel and in evening take shikkara. Shikkara ride is best of alleppey.

Overall trip was smooth and nice however, Hotel wasn't good. Neither the rooms were comfortable nor the location was good. Agents should consider the eating habits also as we are not aware about the food facilities at the hotel and surrounding areas.

There was coordination issues in terms of payment between BIFI and local travel agent and cab drivers. We did not have much to do at Thekkady as no boating. Houseboat was good but it is very unsafe prone

It was a memorable trip. Both of us and our little daughter enjoyed a lot. All the places are too good. Each place is uniquely different. Munnar a hill station, Thekkady with combination of wild life and lake, Alleppey with houseboat and backwaters, Kanyakumari with beautiful view of sunset, sunrise & triveni sangam and kovalam with wonderful beaches. We didn't feel repeatation of similar sites. Luckily for us, weather was also pleasant at most of the places. We liked the stay as well at all the hotels. Location of all these hotels were with scenic view. Though it could have been better at few points. Alleppey houseboat timings were not mentioned in the itenary and Thekkady to Alleppey journey was time taking, thus we were a bit late to reach and by that time houseboat already left as it was a sharing houseboat. Also, Alleppey to Kanyakumari journey was too long. It could have been instead Alleppey to Kovalam and then Kovalam to Kanyakumari, so that one need not to go for a continuous journey of 8 hours.

Overall good arrangements.

WHOLE MANAGEMENT IS SATISFACTORY - IF U BORN IN INDIA IN NORTHERN REGION U SHOULD ONCE VISIT KERLA I.E. GODS HOME IN YOUR LIFE TIME-

langkawi is the best island i have ever visited. great place to visit. food is a problem as the taste is not good. but we can find Various type of Indian Hotels and get same taste! langkawi was real fun

it was overall a nice trip...thanks BiFi for arranging a good trip...but house boat experince was not so good...it can be better ....looking for more trips in near future wid u Munnar....osam place

Bookitforgetit doesn't update you about the progress of your booking nor they provide any guidance. You will have to keep calling them, and follow up with them. Sahil is co-operative but there should be more pro-activeness. I had a 10 day trip to Singapore & Bali. Since we were flying internationally for the first time, a little guidance from the agency could have made things smooth for us. Me and my husband faced trouble at the airport because baggage was not included in the flight. Had the agency informed us before that not including the baggage could cause last minute hassle we would have opted for a different airline. It was a headache for us to co-ordinate things at the last moment sitting in other country for the return flight too. Everything in Singapore and Bali abroad was well organized by "Galaxy Tourism" and "Pacto", both the agencies are good. All services were on time. The drivers - Mr. Kim and Mr. Nizar, the guides - Ms. Shree and Mr. Sudiana, all did a great job. We stayed in 3 different hotels for 10 days, all hotels were nice.
