Book It Forget It

It was a great trip...good hotels...good travel arragements with polite cooperative driver. The few niggles there were...were promptly attended to. Good job. I will definitely recommend Travel Triangle to my friends. Munnar early morning walk.

Arrangements are good, but I feel like many places in munaar are not visited during this trip.

hotel & cab driver are good, but cab drivers cant speak hindi & english. all are best. wonder valley are just like wonderrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Everything was good but faced a little problem in finding good vegetarian food.

Had an excellent trip to munnar for 3 days. Loved it totally. Perfect plan by book it forget it through travel triangle. Looking forward for more trips..!!!

Travel agent didn't responded on time after transferring money. I guess then can do more better if they respond to their customers call or email. I have posted feedback on Facebook and I am going to do that again, they didn't responded as they promised, however the tour was excellent! All over tour was excellent! including Singapore Zoo, Flyer, Universal studios, Night Safari, Tour was awesome! and looking to travel more and my suggestion for travels(book it forget it) is they should respond to customers on time.

Overall good experience. Houseboat arrangement was very horrible. It was below standard. Also food is not good and house boat staff was not cooperative. Dont book desire houseboat agent. Except houseboat it was good experience.

A friend of mine had suggested me to plan my trip with you and the agent and i did it blindly without any questions. However the service provided to me was just average. To begin with the cab provided to me was not good and it broke on the 2nd day of the trip, and we were forced to stay in the resort, complete day. Cab was organised the next day which was good and lasted for the complete trip. Then the agent had said that all the resorts and hotels that he is providing me are 4 stars and the house boat is premium one and for them he charged me a good amount. Of the 4 quotes provided to me i did chose the costliest one assuming that it would be the best. Now i would like to ask which 4 star hotels do not have air conditioned rooms, i was told by the agent that they do not provide ac rooms in winter in Kerala, even though the temperature there was more than 33 degrees. Same goes with the houseboat, ac timing was 8 PM and the room in the house boat was not premium at all, it was below standards. Also in the Itinerary it was mentioned that the meal plan included dinner in some resorts but on reaching there the agent said that only breakfast was included. Now this again was ridiculous, considering the cost of the trip. There were a lot better options available which included the complete meal package. I followed the recommendation of my friend and booked this trip but for sure will not suggest to my friends. check the details thoroughly before making the complete payment.

I had a good time in Kerala. Really enjoyed. Hotels are very Nice, nit and clean, their service are also good. It will be one of my best memorable trip which is my dream trip. Driver also good, he gives us nice information about kerala. Main thing House boat that very joy awesome, very nice climate. Unforgettable trip. And specially thanks to Mr. Sahil. He always help me. Thank you Sahil & Thank you Team. C u Soon....!!! :-) Kerala is the best memories of Trip.

The hotel, Triump Resort Allepey and Neelakanta Beach Resort Kovalam, were not up to the mark. Both hotels had poor breakfast service. North Indian people must be prepared for breakfast of Idly Putu Sambar & Dosa

Services were good and the trip was well organized.

Overall good experience , only houseboat was average..
