A very detailed and friendly approach to every step, be it information passing, being available for our doubts, being upfront about all the charges, creating a very clear and concise itinerary for the days within the trip. Bhramanti Tourism was available all the time without even we needing them. It was really amazing to know that we aren't new to the place though we really were. Great going Bhramanti Tourism. Special thanks to Sachin, Asad and the Travel Triangle staff for making my Wife's first international trip simply amazing. I would highly recommend this to everybody who is going to Dubai. :). I also want to put across the fact that they made the whole process very reasonable. The best thing about the trip was the Hotel. It was just perfect. The people, the facilities and most importantly the near vicinity to all the commutes like Train, Tram, Metro, Bus made the whole experience worth while. I will sincerely recommend this agent to everybody.

our tour was nicely organised but there was 1 problem we were promised private transfers but shared transfers were provided. we payed him around 3-4k per person extra just for private transfers & in the end that was not provided. rest everything was well organised. 1 suggestion- don't fall in his trap of private transfer he will charge u higher from other travel agents in the name of pvt. transfer & in the end u will get shared transfers

Bhramanti travels rocks it. We were 6 adults with 6 children including 4 kids of below 3 years. Everytime I called them, I got special treatment before the trip & between the trip. Sachin is so so friendly & is strongly recommended. Everything was customized according to me. Desert Safari is a must do.

1.Agent was new and was not able to tell key points how and where to shop. 2.Planning and execution was not up to the mark and not as per told so missed on shopping and leisure time. 3.Mismanagement

My family had a great time during the vacation at Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Thank you very much for organising the tour so well. If not for your excellent arrangements, it would have been impossible for us to cover so many tourist attractions in such a short time. This was our first group tour. Though we were a little apprehensive about group tours before this trip, all those apprehensions proved to be unfounded once the tour started as all the tour members were nice and friendly. Also, you and your staff were extremely nice and helpful to us. Frankly we had no negative experience at all. Just keep up the great work that you and your staff are doing. Although the trip was good the travel agency has not provided proper services & has not fulfilled the commitments made while finalization was going on. He has not communicated properly to Dubai counter part.
