State Government’s Covid-19 travel advisory for Maharashtra replaces the Unlock-4 quarantine requirement for travelers, and issues new guidelines for visitors traveling especially from Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Goa. The travelers will now have to provide negative test results for Covid-19 before boarding flight or train, and go under temperature checkers if entering by road. These Maharashtra travel guidelines also impose the 72-hour testing time for certificates to ensure seamless tracking of the number of cases in the state.

  • Those who don’t have a negative test report can undergo testing at the airport for an RT-PCR, after which you will be able to go home or wait at the airport for a rescheduled flight.
  • The test must be done 72 hours before the departure of your flight, and must not exceed this duration at the time of arrival/departure at/from the airport.
