Shaheed Diwas is observed on multiple dates throughout the year to celebrate our national heroes. To honour the sacrifices made by Bhagat Singh, visit these memorials on the Martyrs Day, 23rd March 2025.
The memorial marks the place where Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev were cremated. It was built in 1968 in Firozpur, Punjab, and hosts the Shaheedi Mela every 23rd of March.
Located in Bhagat Singh’s ancestral village, this museum was founded on the 50th anniversary of his martyrdom and displays his personal belongings, diaries, photographs, etc.
This is a lush green memorial garden located in the Alambazar area of Kolkata built to honour Bhagat Singh. Jaipur and Ichalkaranji have also built parks dedicated to his memory.
The Supreme Court displays historic trials in Indian history in its museum, including a big section on Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s trial for murder of a British officer in 1929.
A memorial and a park was built recently in Nalgarha village near Noida to celebrate the spirit of patriotism and national love. Singh had stayed in the village in 1929 for over a year.
