September onwards, the Valley is filled with the sweet smell of Saffron as the harvesting starts. Visit apple and apricot orchards and enjoy nature’s bounty.

Find traditional Kashmiri textiles and handlooms. Shop for souvenirs to take back home. With fewer crowds, visiting cute & cosy cafes in the region is a lovely time.
