We visited Calangute beach on the 1st day of our anniversary trip to Goa. Being called the queen of the beaches in goa<\/a>, it truly justifies to its name. Surrounded by souvenir stalls, shacks with flavorsome seafood and drinks, the beach had such a soothing vibe. For some time we just sat by the shore and cherished some old memories. To capture those magical moments, we also clicked some pictures and took help from locals and fellow travelers (what warm people those were!). It is also worth mentioning that the beach is a suitable choice for party animals. Moreover, adventure junkies will also love various water activities offered here.<\/p>\n

Located in close proximity to Calangute beach, Baga beach is also one of the best beaches in Goa. This beach is also very clean & the water is crystal clear and since the water is shallow here, we could walk into the sea and enjoyed playing with water. There were also many beach chairs and loungers to rest with umbrellas on all of them. Not only this, there were a lot of options for water sports here but, parasailing, water scooter, and the banana ride caught our attention the most. Visiting Baga beach was a bit on the expensive side but the mix of the crowd was a spot on. Very soon, we got to know that this place is not for peace lovers, but for the ones who want to party hard.<\/p>\n

Next, we visited the Fort Aguada. Even though the weather was a bit hot and we had a long walk to reach the fort, we completely enjoyed it. Famous for its history, this fort is quite small in size and has one light house and the best part was that we could walk along the fort walls. One of the best experiences of visiting there was witnessing the majestic view of the seas coupled with a cold breeze (perfect addition to our romantic getaway).<\/p>\n

Feeling the rush of wind coupled with the quiet breeze of the river was indeed an experience. We also went for scuba diving, kayaking, parasailing, and windsurfing. All those experiences took us to a different world altogther. We felt like this should be the life\u2013filled with fun, adventure, and so much elation.<\/p>\n

Our anniversary trip to Goa was way more exciting and thrilling than we expected. 4 days were just not enough to enjoy at this marvelous place, but we managed to make the most of what we had.
