Our initial impression on landing was simply \u2018wow\u2019 since we loved the warmth and tropical ambiance of the country. Smallest of details about laundry, door locks, and services were covered in this brief and in the end, we truly got a personalized feel through it.<\/p>\n<p>After the formalities, we rested for a while and then went out to explore the beautiful island resort. The view of the ocean was excellent from here and we took many photos.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the day was spent snorkeling and I absolutely loved swimming in the crystal clear waters of Maldives. There were squids, small turtles, and even baby sharks in the waters &#8211; that ran away as soon as we got close to them. My wife and I had a great time here and we talked for many hours without realizing it was almost time for dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Our dinner was at a wonderful Thai restaurant called <strong>\u2018Suan Bua\u2019<\/strong> and the food here was totally authentic. It had proper <strong>Thai flavor<\/strong> and the meal turned out to be quite an enjoyable one! It was raining and there was an air of romantic nostalgia all around. We got ready and after we were done filling our utility bag (provided by Centara) with all the essentials like phone, camera, swimwear etc., we set out for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Post an enjoyable breakfast, I again went snorkeling and this time, there were many baby sharks present.
