Situated on the corner of Rachel, Yokato Yokabai is the only ramen place in Montreal to serve tonkotsu broth. It is a classic dish that is prepared using pork bones and boiled in secret sauces for 12 hours. The restaurant serves both the chicken version and the vegetarian version of it. You may add your choice of protein (slow-cooked pork, tofu or soft boiled egg), toasted sesame seeds, pickled ginger, or spicy chili oil to the dish.<\/p>\n
