Next, we got back in our car to visit the beaches. At one of the beaches, we booked ourselves an island hopping and snorkeling trip on a private boat. It cost us around 110 Euros but was totally worth it.

This private boat was actually a “Glass Bottom Boat” and we could see everything from the boat’s flooring. The person then took us to the middle of the Indian Ocean and provided us all the equipment for snorkeling. Since we were new to snorkeling and also did not know swimming, we panicked when we first went into the water. This time, we were able to do it and had a great time. It was a “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” kind of experience and we could see hundreds of colorful small and big fishes very near to us. We could even touch them but they swam away quickly.

Our 2 hour snorkeling experience was worth it and we loved witnessing the marine life. We left at around 12:00 pm and started exploring the hidden beaches, although there was nothing hidden since the whole island had many beaches.
