She travelled around 800 miles to attend a family member\u2019s funeral and succumbed to a heart attack. Initially, she was buried in the garden, but later, her body was moved, and now it is believed that her soul is restless.<\/p>\n

It is said that his spirit roams around the property along with the figure of a soldier wearing a uniform. Kennedy, Jimmy Carter, Woodrow Wilson and numerous other celebrities, loved the hotel. The hotel is believed to have a series of interconnected tunnels used to evade police.<\/p>\n

Ownership of the hotel changed throughout the years before it was shut down in 1975. Like most prominent historic hotels worldwide, Seelbach shares its fair paranormal activities. Unfortunately, the Spanish flu struck the camp, and hundreds of men died each day, and coffins were stacked up from floor to rooftop. Camp Taylor was soon decommissioned at the end of World War I.
