We landed in Kerala on a Friday around 1.30 in the afternoon from where a driver picked us up in an A\/C Maruti Indica and we left for Munnar. It was a beautiful road journey. The scenic views along the way, including a few breathtaking waterfalls had left the two of us in awe.<\/p>\n

As the driver was very familiar with the route, it didn\u2019t take us too much time to reach the destination. By 4, we were there standing and admiring Munnar like it was a dream! Our hotel -‘The Munnar Queen’ was situated right in the heart of the hills and it looked as gorgeous as was described to us. Honestly, it is one of the best places to stay in Munnar<\/strong>. Ours was a valley facing room with the best of service and food. We took the day off for relaxing, and enjoying the view from our balcony.<\/p>\n
