I feel there is problem with the process, we were formally not introduced to the hotel with our detailed requirements. Hotel was not up to the expectations, frequent power failures, there was no lift.

Choice of the hotel and accommodation is good, however the hotel breakfast is average. While the cars for the trip are good, the drivers are doing just the role of normal taxi drivers only not guiding about the places and just rushing to close the trip.
