The agent has told us that whatever the places you will tell, the driver will take you to those places.... because the agent didn't mention in the itinerary ..but the driver didn't take us to the places... the driver was horrible...from first day itself he has given the silly excuses...like the car can't go on that road...I mean come on other drivers can take their cars...but your car can't go.. horrible... literally I have to beg him for the sightseeings...NOT REQUSET ..BEGGING...I REPEAT BEGGING... Another excuse he was giving that there is nothing to see nothing to explore...comeon....I have paid for the trip..I don't need your damn suggestions...we ll give the the order and you have to obey... In Jaipur he didn't show nahargarh fort, Akshardham temple In Jodhpur he didn't show Ranisar lake, blue city, ghanta ghar, stepwells, pachetia hill...in Jaisalmer he didn't show vyas chatri In Udaipur he didn't show sajjangarh fort and palace, karni mata temple... In Jaipur he told that in Hawamahal there is nothing to see ..I mean are we mad...if you come to India ...you will visit Tajmahal or not...for Hawamahal we have literally begged him.... He has all the dealings with the guide ,local Shops and the hotels ..he was talking to those shops where he will get the commission... whenever I tell him to take some roadside dhabas he was not taking...instaed of that he was taking to some hotels where a normal chapati costs me 40/-...sir we are not AMBANIS... Without taking our prior permission he was coming with guides......he was forcing us to take the guides...and the guides were horrible...for an one hour service they were charging 500/-...one guide has promised us to show the sites for 2hr in Chittorgarh..but he finished within 40mins and demanded 500/-...for chittorgarh one day is also not enough...but he finished within 40 mins... ...the agent was helpful but according to the driver the agent should mention all the sites in the itinerary... otherwise I have to pay him extra....I am totally dissatisfied with trip because of the driver.... The hotels

Our travel planner Ashima from Traveolla Holidays created a wonderful 9 day itinerary for our Rajasthan trip. She customised it according to our requirements and budget. The same driver would be assigned for the entire duration of the trip and hence the trip experience totally depends on him. But be aware, the driver may have some dealing with local guides/businesses and he will take you there.

This was disastrous vacation all because of the driver which was provided. Driver was not at all on time and we were always waiting for him. If we asked him to be ready by 8 we always end up leaving by 10.30. we complained to agent and from the next day he showed up early but drove slow and we end up late to all the places. We have not seen almost 30% of the places mentioned in the itienary because of him.

Experience was satisfactory, memorable and enjoyable. Please inform the hotel in Jodhpur, Bijloi Palace for their sluggish and lethargic service and Mehargadh Hotel, Udaypur to fix the problems in the washroom. I have orally conveyed it to the hotel authority. Though minor issues but they takeaway the fun. Best memories are the visit to all forts in all cities. Boatride in Jaisalmer and greater in Udaypur, amazingly wonderful time in Sam Camp as it is closer to the rarely seen elsewhere sand dunes.

Hi Saurabh, I have been terribly busy after the Jaipur trip, hence didnt get a chance to feedback. Thank you for organizing the trip, we really appreciate the professionalism showed by Ganesham Tours and Travel-Triangle while booking the trip. You were always responsive and we didnt face an issue at any time/during the whole process. The choice of Hotels were great. We loved all the places and they are highly recommended. Having said that I still have one feedback for you. When a family is travelling please give fit cars and co-operative drivers . 1. The car was some 3lakh kms done with absolute flat Tyres and completely scratched windshield. Interior was all clean . Totally unsafe car for highway standards 2. Driver was not 100% co-operative they just know how to talk in a sweet way but want to do wat they want as they want us to go to tourist shops where they can get commission if I ask him to come to any other shop he used to give excuses saying its in a small lane cars don't go there and I had to carry my 5years old kid and walk on the roads inspite of having a car . It's totally not acceptable when we do a private tour . If I ask him to come anywhere he used to say sir there is nothing there instead u can relax in the hotel , I have not come to relax when I want to explore the places. This was the only worst part of my tour that's why I gave 4 stars because of the car and driver you lose a star . Hope you take this feedback positively and give better service. Thank you Tejas Delhikar...

Dissapointed with the travel agent , Back to Holidays. Very Rude and impolite Behaviour , Preeti treats and behave as if they are offering us the Travel package free , Travel Agency : BACK TO HOLIDAYS ..... A big no to the Travel agent ..... Will never recommend anyone to choose BACK TO HOLIDAYS as their travel agent ...... Fully Unsatisfied with the Travel agent .......Rest All thing okay..... They Promised many things but didn't receive the same in the hotels like they promised 3-star but didn't few hotels in that range. We choose 1-5 Star property where you don't get hair dryer as well also when asked provided a broken ones. This is the service you can expect from these people. While asking for money they can do anything but not while providing the same.
