Over all the trip was good but not excellent. We had good time as it was a big family trip (12 members) but not with the tourist attractions or other facilities. Delhi the hotel was good and the food was excellent, but Agra was total opposite were the food and the hotel was bad except the tourist attractions. The itinerary was not well planned as we had less time but more places to visit. Next time i guess i will also have to do some preparation before i go with all the options you provide. Thank you .

My trip was very well planned by Amazing tours' executive Ms. Garima, she helped and assisted me during my planning and also as a courtesy called me during my trip to check if I am facing any issues. Driver arranged for our trip was very helpful and patient. I will surely plan for more domestic tours via travel traingle and prefer Amazing tours. There was not proper coordination between the travel agent and the cab provider ...The issue of cab and travel agent should be solved among themselves... customer should not have any problem due to them... Ark of Avalon hotel was good..but its restaurant service was poor... Overall it was a good trip..but could had been better...Carlo travels agent Mr. Raj sharma guided us properly...

Hotel was charging extra money for each thing. Mineral water was not provided daily. Normally hotels provide 2 bottles daily. If we aksed for mineral water they charged us 33Rs per bottle, where as the MRP is Rs 20. The hotel was not clean. The monuments were excellent. The driver provides on the last day Mr surjeet singh heloed us a lot in Agra.

Bering a travel guide, it would have been better, if it was told in advance that their will be mad rush in Haridwar on account of the kagadimela, apart from road blockages. The advance information would have helped us to avoid unnecessary extra travel, wastage of time and money apart from long sitting torture for the entire families which has traveled almost 24 continuous hours to reach our natives. If their was advance information, we would have chosen separate tour through your portal only

Not happy with travel agent. My 2nd and 3rd hotel changed without any information. And most important my travel agent not aware about this. When I called to hotel that time they told me our hotel is under maintenance nd will provide you another hotel. Another issue is travel agent not organised trip well. Lot of point missed to visit.
