She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. Hotel exterior looked nice and the inside was clean but it was extremely small. Barely enough space for one bed, let alone the luggages.             Someone tried to break in our room at Fairstay Hotel Ooty. Considering it was all girls trip, safer stay options should have been considered. Fairstay Hotel staff was disastrous, they took the entire incident extremely lightly. However travel agency and driver were very supportive. Hope to get safer stay options next time.

            Everything was good, the hotel in Coorg was the best hotel and driver was friendly and helped us in everything, except the wellbeck residency Ooty hotel, their customer service was not all good.
