                    Overall exp was good. Few points, post sales support needs improvement. When the airline suddenly rescheduled the trip resulting loss of one day, the services seems to respond that this is the problem was airline no sort of assurance that it is being worked out. Also when the travel itinerary was shared it was based on the old schedule. Till the last minute followed up for the revision it did not happen. Due to this the pick up for air port was incorrectly arranged so had to request for rescheduling with local contact. Local contact needs to be more accessible. Places of visit was very good.

                    Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it.
