The best time to visit Gurudongmar Lake is from March until June as the weather is pleasant and one can see clear crystal blue skies, with lush greenery in the surroundings along with beautiful and divine Gurudongmar Lake. The temperature during these months fluctuates between 5°C / - 5°C. The peak tourist season is from March until June. 

November to February (5°C / -27°C)

November to February are the months of extreme cold and the place receives heavy snowfall. The Gurudongmar Lake also freezes due to the extreme temperature during these months. If you love snowfall and enjoy chilly weather, the best time to visit Gurudongmar Lake will be winters for you.

March to June (5°C / - 5°C)

From March to June, these months are considered to be the best time to visit Gurudongmar Lake, as the weather is cool and dry. Also, you will get to see beautiful landscapes such as snow-capped mountains, greenery, splendid waterfalls, and a wide variety of flora and fauna.
