There was some communication issue from agent and hence we had to wait in the snow for 10-15 mins. Also, the updated hotel name was not shared in the itenary or mail, hence we landed at wrong hotel and again had to get the luggage offloaded and go the right hotel.

Overall experience was good but very uncomfortable , driver was professional, humble and knowledgeable, car was decent, though we didn’t get what we had paid for and definitely we’ll never opt for travco in future. Since my wife is in her final trimester we requested the the travel agent to cut-short our trip skipping sigriya , dambulla and bentotta and keeping 2 days at one destination so that we don’t have to hop from one hotel to another every single day. We covered colombo, kandy, nurwa elliya and ella in 8 days. But the room provided to us were not what we paid for. Both in kandy and nurwa eliyya on first day there was no view/ balcony and we were forced to adjust on day one and were provided the promised room on day 2. UpOn confirming with the hotel reception we were told that the travel agent was told about the unavailability of the room on the provided dates. He played smart, keeping us in dark and had the audacity to threaten us to cancel the trip in nurwa eliya upon complaining when it happened for the second time in nurwa eliyya. So technically we cut short 3 destinations, paid more than the initial quotation and switched rooms every single day for 8 days pretty much adding to the discomfort. Secondly, considering my wife’s pregnancy in mind we preponed the trip by one day without any change in the itinerary thereby adding extra day in colombo to rest and readily paid extra for one day accommodation plus airport transport( that was covered in trip). Travel agent said his service is from airport to airport so if we are coming one day before we’ve to pay extra for airport to colombo transfer. We paid without arguing but we strongly feel this could have been avoided. Thirdly, travel agent always increased the price by 10-15 usd saying the economic conditions in srilanka isn’t good which is clearly unprofessional. Moreover he provided the wrong booking name in all four hotels adding to the confusion.

Hotels are very good. But the last hotel the stream kasol is in off road, Like we need to go trekking around 500M from road. It was across the river. I am not aware of that trekking thing. I have a 3 years old child if anything goes wrong it was very difficult, If I know this earlier, I surely change my hotel location. Balance all the things went very well.

The Agent via whom the booking was done, they seemed to be a lot money minded, but not thinking about right level of services for the prices paid. Also, the schedule set was very hectic considering going their with family, so better planning should have been provided and conveyed to the customer. Also, the charged everything upfront, but after the payment was made, the responsiveness was very poor. Specially from the GUY named SHEEL, who was taking care of our VISA processes.

Research, take your time, read reviews and decide. Do not worry if the chosen resort has last room as claimed by agent, you will have many other option even 7 days before and you might get room in same as well. Choose natural islands over man made ones. We chose resort which was built over deserted island and was very hot. Get into water only if you are sure about the depth and you are swimmer. Compare quotes with other travel agents and chose. Agents don't have much to do while booking for Maldives, they can only help you do the booking. Apart from that maldives experience is world famous. We also had good experience.

Jenny, the Leading Lady of LVP did an Excellent Job in meeting all my customized needs in planning the whole trip, with lot of patience and to and fro revisions and helped us realizing the Tour awesomely well, taking care of every step of our Journey right from landing at SiemReap Airport till our return flight from Ho CHi Minh City to India, all the way for 15 days, we never faced an issue that could not be solved by her. At moments when we faced with flight delays she use to get constant updates and making sure that the driver for pick up stays and meets us without much difficulty. We had a very satisfied feel after accomplishing the long awaited tour. Apart from all these, the Best advise I got from her before our start of Journey is the availability of LOCAL SIMs which are very inexpensive and easily available at the Airports as soon as we come out of immigration . ( Instead of paying RIP OFF prices charged by AIRTEL and other service providers charging $ 50+ for 10 days of roaming services, we could get away with $ 4 ( Four US Dollars only) for the entire trip with unlimited data and VOIP calls as well as some calling minutes.

Singapore trip went well overall, except that the hotel is located far from little India, being vegetarian,found difficult to get proper food. All cab drivers were on time and everything went as per schedule. Malaysia trip is pathetic as there is miscommunication about sg arrival card. And got struck for half a day in immigration, our bus left without us. It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service
