The travel consultant Rahulkumar Singh was very helpful and cooperative from day 1.He also provided us with insights regarding places to visit, how we can save money etc. Special thanks to our Co-ordinator Mr.Rahul Kumar Singh for planning, arranging and executing our holidays meticulously and always available on call for any assistance. This was the best trip till now in terms of assistance from the Travel team. Special mention of our Driver Mr. Habib Syed he is a very experienced, good and Friendly person. He also acted as a good guide and because of him we very able to witness the Annual Flower fest, Ooty and Bandipore and Madhumalai wild life. I had booked my travel less than a week before my departure. At the outset, I would appreciate the prompt and genuine response from Mr. Rahul who was coordinating with me for the tour plan. He answered all the queries that I had very patiently and gave some good suggestions too. Except for one thing that is the bath tub in one of the hotel wasn't kept well, rest all from food to cab service to itinerary was very well designed and organized.
