Hotels in Dharamshala and Manali were good. Hotel in Shimla was not very good, room was in fourth floor with no lift or dressing mirror. There was no water in first day for 1.5 hours. Hotel in Amritsar was in a very cramped gully. Driver was so much money minded and was very moody when we asked around for a new short trip also. Hotel in Dharamshala had a very good view. Gramphu vist suggested by driver was good.

Cheap Travellers organized the land package for my recent vacation to Turkey. I had booked my International and Domestic Flights on my own. Deepak and team provided an extremely smooth and seamless experience. The pick up and drop from and to Airports, the daily sight seeing tours went off without a glitch and credit goes to Deepak, his team and his partners in Turkey. Deepak also booked a hotel in Antalya at rates better than what I was getting at booking.com, so I went with that. For other cities my bookings were cheaper and Deepak was flexible and suggested me to go ahead with my own. Every day, the schedule was published on Whatsapp and almost every time, the day-tour operators or the taxi service people were at the hotel lobby precisely on time. The tour buses and the private cabs were also quite good, clean and comfortable. I had 2 smallish points of disappointment. 1) Deepak had clearly agreed that I would pay him for the land package in instalments - 1st advance, 2nd advance 3rd payment during trip and final payment after the trip. But he repeatedly brought up new reasons and made requests to pay him earlier than agreed. The requests were incessant, repetitive and honestly irritated me. 2) Secondly, what was promised in the itinerary was not delivered. For the Bosphorus cruise, the itinerary mentioned "Starters & Turkish appetizers, classic turkish desserts, belly dance, turkish gypsy dance, caucasian dance, folk dance show". But these items were missing. Entry to Hagia Sophia (25 euros) was not provided. That day, I spoke to Deepak and showed his own document, but he simply said, "No, its not included". I didnt even raise the issue of Bosphorus cruise, since it was only a matter of a few food and dance items. I had already paid in full by then. But both these were small points for me and not deal breakers. I would however only urge fellow travelers to get clarity upfront and avoid issues later. Will I recommend Cheap Travelers to other fellow travelers ? YES Absolutely!!!

Trip was planned super well, very humble and supportive. Almost covered everything form itinerary was covered. Only an input for hotel food it has very limited food option and if that’s too cover nothing like it. Thnaks for amazing memorable trip. Awesome Aasam & Meghalaya it’s soo amazing must visit personally recommend for all traveler who loves to explore something new something different.

We asked for few tourist spot near the suggested itenary but was not acknowledged at all. Also the driver could have been more flexible on the timing rather than instructing us to get dropped at the airport five hrs before the departure time to avoid traffic. The driver was polite and friendly though except for the fact of being strict n non accommodative for exploration even though we were on time throughout the trip. Hotel is in outskirts and breakfast wasn't that great spread of indian cuisine. Unfortunately pongal on all days of our stay and few items are below the mark in taste. The nearby metro station was our savior to travel to the heart of city for dinner and don't forget to include the metro ticket fares to your Itenary budget. Overall good and safe trip to Malaysia especially with kids. Melaka was exceptional and the jet skiing at port Dickson was mind blowing. The cable car offered by the operator at genting Highland was totally new to us.

It was a good trip with a few hiccups. To start with, Vehicles picked up from Bagdogra and also drop back were in a pathetic condition. Hi ace in Bhutan was also average with no leg space, torn seats. However the driver and the guide were extremely good, helpful and informative. The issue with the vehicle became secondary because of the friendly guide Wangpo and driver Jimmy. Hotels: Lotus villa - very good. Tashi yid wong - Good but food is below average. Lobesa - it is a very old hotel. Rooms and furniture look mediocre . They initially provided rooms with no view in basement. Upon escalating to the agent they provided the rooms with the best way for the next day. Food and people are best. They also organised a picnic lunch by Punakha Dong which was a a very memorable experience. We had worst experience in Lhayayel resort in Paro. Best to avoid this. Had to change to a new hotel after all day of travelling in the night at 8pm. About hotels , the travel agent could have done a better job in verifying the room quality for the price we had paid. Sightseeing : we stayed for 8days however felt short to cover the itinerary. Would have been great if the agent had suggested us to atleast take one way back from Paro directly to save two days of just travel. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Loved the country and the people. Phobjikha Valley

It's very pleasant and nice trip Except food in hotel nordenma all other things covered well. I felt the hotel stay little bit away from city. I would be more happy if the hotels were booked in city, and shopping, market near by places. I felt little inconvenience while visit shopping and city market places in thimpu as well paro. Hotel river front is new hotel and food is very good, hotel Staff also nice people. But location is far from city. That's only negative aspect Really enjoyed trip with Travel Triangle Thanks

Finally it was an awesome experience and joyful trip especially the driver was very cooperative and experienced person who guided us in each and every way possible .But there was only one disturbance which we faced in Agra which was disturbing but was solved it by this travel agency smoothly ..Thank you for the being part of our beautiful experience

Thanks to Trip Trail and specifically to Aman for being there at all times to guide us , motivate us , provide good service irrespective of the hour of the day . Our decision for the family trip was too last minute and yet Aman and trip trail matched the pace in giving right info to procuring the necessary permits to helping us with the iterinary. We surely had a memorable trip . However if I have to give some recommendations I will request any travel agent to give iterinary options to travellers instaed of a copy paste of a single iterinary. This will give a sense of participation and fulfilment to travellers . Example - Leh Palace and Santhi Stupa was never part of the itinerary but we ended up visiting them after we were in Leh . So if we had options to choose from we would have skipped one or more places from the itinerary and rather visited a place for the second time or a new one . If it is implementable then it will make a difference to travellers . Thanks Rancho School in Leh

My Grandparents and I recently had the pleasure of exploring Sri Lanka with Discover Ceylon Tours, and I must say it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. From the moment I contacted them, their team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. We had a lot of complementary places to visit including a beautiful tea estate and a fully guided spice garden and a spice shop with all the spices available in Sri Lanka. Since we were Tamilians, The agency especially got us a specific Tamil driver. One thing I Really appreciate about the agency and especially the Driver is that, once we told him that my grandfather had special medical condition, he took that in to account very seriously unlike other drivers that we had met. He would drive accordingly and drop us near the entrance of the site and then park his car. The driver was always there with us to take care of us especially my grandfather, who he took VERY good care of. He would guide us everywhere because we were new to Sri Lanka. The driver would not hesitate to take us wherever we wanted and would give us extra tips about the wonders of Sri Lanka. He was always cheerful, helpful and adjusting. Kudos to Mr. Nasran (Our Driver). What truly set this agency apart was their attention to detail and commitment to providing a personalized experience. We were a vegetarian faily and they paid special attention to that point and booked us hotels which accommodated this Indian cuisine and diet.
