The hospitality, comfort, and ambiance in these locations were top-notch. However, our experience at Kerala Porch.inn was less than satisfactory. The manager was very rude and uncooperative. There was no lift available, and our request for hot water was outrightly rejected. Additionally, the room locker keys were not functioning properly. We were locked out of our room for 30 minutes with our family, only to be informed later that we needed to update our locker key—something that was not communicated to us earlier. Despite these challenges, we made the best of our trip and created many wonderful memories. With a few improvements, this trip could have been perfect.
