The behavior of the hotel staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which overshadowed the beauty of the location. The lack of hospitality was a significant drawback. 2. Thekkady (Windnote Hotel): In contrast, our stay at the Windnote Hotel in Thekkady was excellent. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. This made our stay in Thekkady very enjoyable. 3. Alleppey (Houseboat): The houseboat stay in Alleppey was unfortunately substandard. We were not provided with the premium boat rooms as promised. The rooms were not clean, and there was a very toxic smell emanating from the beds, which made the stay uncomfortable. 4. Kovalam (UDS Hotel): The stay at UDS Hotel in Kovalam was outstanding. The hotel offered luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a beautiful beachfront location. It was the perfect way to conclude our trip. Overall Experience: Despite some inconsistencies, particularly with the accommodations in Munnar and Alleppey, the trip was well-organized. The transport and the support from our driver were significant positives. TravelTriangle and Trippro could greatly improve the travel experience by ensuring better standards of accommodation and staff behavior in all locations. Thanks to Aditya and Karishma. Kitchen also not hygienic.
