I am writing this thank you note for Shubham for organising a very detailed tailored made tour to Switzerland and Paris. Day wise itinerary was so perfect that we could cover maximum places around Switzerland and Paris . My personal thanks to Shubham Sagar for providing constant support throughout booking process. Eiffel tower is always a special destination for couples and I was overjoyed by seeing the full paris view from top of the tower.Disneyland was a dream destination and I was thrilled to visit both the parks as provided in itinerary meeting lot of disney characters and enjoying roller coasters rides based on Disney and Avengers theme.Switzerland will always be special. it was my first ever holiday . Lucerne was amazing, I call it the city with lake and mountains. Walking through old town admiring each building is truly an amazing experience. A walk along lake Lucerne holding hands with my wife was truly romantic with the sun setting in the background. Mt titlis was beautiful and the air gondola gives you a 360 degree view of the surrounding Swiss Alps. You cannot resist the Swiss chocolates and cheese . Thanks Shubham for such a wonderfull trip . The best memories would include Top view of Eiffel Tower, the Fireworks show in Disneyland and Top of Mount Titlis.

I travelled first time to Shimla and Manali. It was quite and nice trip and did not face any issue during the entire visit. Driver provided for this trip was really very good guy and always remember him apart from Sightseeing especially Manali hills and valleys.

I don't have any negative comments. But there are lot of areas which need improvement. You are trying to compete among other service providers at the expense of customers distress. Right from booking the tickets to coordination with cab drivers have to be improved.

Coming from the west (Australia), the pollution and garbage in India quite confronting; despite repeated visits. The poor air quality and piles of plastic everywhere is disheartening. Meghalaya is cleaner than many other parts of India but it won’t last long at the current rate. Our driver was a delightful man but we had to iron out some issues with punctuality and driving safety. Perhaps I misunderstood some of the arrangements, but I was surprised I needed to explain the itinerary to the driver. I was also surprised to be constantly spending on tickets to access all the so-called included sightseeing, as well as fees for parking and for bringing a camera etc. it adds up over the week. It might be a normal Indian thing but I would have expected the included itinerary to be already paid for. My advice would be to do your research. I was unaware the walk to the double decker bridge involved 7500 steps down and back up again! Stunning though and a very popular trek. It was quite an effort on a hot day. The bamboo trek was also arduous but spectacular and highly recommended. Surprisingly we started and finished the bamboo trek from Shillong when we had already travelled that route earlier. We could have stayed at a homestay in a nearby village and avoided all that time travelling back and forth. Especially since driving in and around Shillong is like being in one giant traffic jam. I don’t mean to sound negative. I actually had a very enjoyable trip. Meghalaya a beautiful place to visit, especially when out of the built up areas. Bamboo trek, visiting the local markets. The beautiful Khasi people. The magnificent and ancient root bridges is several places.

Hotel bias pushp was good with courteous staff. The ambience of hotel divyansh at naddi Village was moderate. Cab driver was courteous.

Cab owner was agressive & misguided to driver many times. River rafting in kullu.

It was good. Itenary was covered some things were left but its okay. Had a lot of fun.

My experience is very bad with travel traingle. 1. Agent Sahil offered me a quote of 70k when i selected hotels and explained him what I was looking for like river side view, 4 star etc he offered me few good hotels lile allure grand in manali and a hotel in Dalhousie. Thsi conversation happend and advance was paid in jan- Feb because he said this will confirm my booking. 2. Also paid my second installment no one informed tht my itenary has changed. 3 few days before my planned trip, Kewal contact me and informs tht he cannot book allure as it was not available, this is 3 months after paying advance. 4.He also advised me to change Dalhousie as it was long and trying journey. 5. Which means now I'm paying 85k for a downgraded hotel and less killometer. 6. I don't want to cancel anything last minute and I agreed on condition that hotel wud be top class. 7. A day before journey I was informed driver would contact me for pickup from Delhi. This didn't happen 8. On the day i tried contacting the agent multiple times and was finally able to make contact with driver. 9.after a long and trying journey reached the hotel assigned, hotel was not bad but the room assigned was average. This was a basic room not what was promised. 10. Regarding itenary driver was not informed about the places. According to divert he was updated the day about my trip. 11. Drive informed that he was not informed about my solang valley and rohtang( this never happened as acc to driver rohtang was closed) so driver took me through atal tunnel and solang and asked me to pay 4,500 as it was not covered according to him if co.pany pays him he will refund that. 12 reach jibhi again I was promised stars and moon and was gives stone. Hotel again good but room provided wa basic not river facing funny part is this time room was booked for 2 adults and child not included Missed out Mt Kewal when I was in Manali threated tht he don't care if I'm satisfied or not but if I don't pay the remaining amount he will cancel my jibi which means on my wife bday iw 7d be left on road. I told I will for sure pay once I look the room provided. He didnt accept. He said if I'm not paying he will cancel jibhi or ask me to pay for manali. Very u professional 13 last but not the least while checking out jibhi hotel informed that co pant has not yet paid them and i shud pay thn for room and kid. Made multiple calls and got tht taken care of in 2hrs Sontravel triangle traingle team I'm very diaaapointed. Still in on vacation once I'm done and back to my place me and my wife are sharing Thai experience on social media. We work in a corporate and our view will have huge imapct Non

Agent: My agent was Mukul Bhai, he was very polite, talked very nicely, got me a very cheap package, supported me everywhere whenever I contacted. Package: My package was very good or very cheap but it also gave us the unnecessary points which the driver did not know and he said that we have not heard. Please add some good and attractive points.one more special point when ever give the snow point location please check the snow are present at that point when i travel. I pay extra for that. Please make your package flexible or only write snow point. Bus: From Delhi to Manali the bus operator was very rude. when i come to place he is not share the bus number he say come to location i will inform you but he was not pick my call 4 5 time i call him but he is not talk properly and cut my call. If i don't have my personal car i don't reach the location please take care of it. Hotel: touch sky hotel The hotel was very good, my honeymoon decoration was also very good, the staff was also very supportive, the food was also very good. Cab: The cab was very good, the drivers were also good, they came on time, did not hurry, took as much time as i wanted. Thank you.
