About Darlaghat Wildlife Sanctuary in Solan

Darlaghat is a small village situated in the Solan district, Himachal Pradesh. The village is situated at an elevation of 1,800 meters and presents awe-gasping views. The village is majorly known for the Ambuja Cement plant and Darlaghat Wildlife Sanctuary that is situated nearby. It borders with National Highway 88, i.e., it passes through the Shimla-Bilaspur-Kangra highway.

Darlaghat Wildlife Sanctuary

Darlaghat Wildlife Sanctuary is spread over an area of 44 square kilometers. It was established in the year 1974. The sanctuary consists of subtropical forests. The sanctuary is a home for a plethora of exotic birds and animals. Some of the many animals that are found here are sambals, wild boars, black bears, jungle fowls, migratory birds such as Kaleej and Chukor.

Another highlight of this wildlife sanctuary is the many treks that are organized here. Many people flock to Darlaghat, Himachal Pradesh, just to get a glance of this awe-gaspingly beautiful sanctuary. Moreover, the climate also remains pleasing during the spring and summer season. On the contrary, during the winters, the temperature really drops low and can reach the freezing point as well. However, no matter when you plan on visiting, this sanctuary provides a landscape worth watching.

Mera Kasol wala hotel regarding issue hua tha wo change krne ko bol rahe the lekin at last time wahi hotel mila jo booking time final Kiya tha but uske liye Customer Care ko bhut bar call krna pada n all drama.. 6. Excuses dena like abhi season time he to thoda aisa waisa (hotel booking, cab etc) hua hein..     No proper communication and understanding on my travel date and the travel agent booked the hotel on wrong date and my trip got little messed up in the beginning and we have to pay the extra cost for the hotel & cab.. Because of there misunderstanding we suffered and they are not even ready to excep
    t there mistake and were putting the blame on me that I gave the wrong date.. My Shimal room was really good but my trip in shimla went with arguments only with the travel agent.. And for Manali they said it’s a Luxury room but it was a Delux room only and had a small argument again, But other than that there response and cooperation with the guest was ok.. The only think was happened is the communication gap and there were not able to compensate my lose..

    hi as there was no snow..snow was at kokser village but it was not added in my plan so i had to pay extra to travel there..she planned manikaran at the last day of my tour .so i had to go from sissu to maikaran which took almost 8 hrs and still we were not able to reach manikaran as roads were block due to traffic which is common there but she didnt gave us idea about the traffic..so we werent able to visit manikaran..she should have kept manikaran on 3rd day so that it would be of less distance to travel manikaran from manali instead of sissu..so my trip was not worthy because of improper itinerary by travel vichar agent Gitika
