st important part of any journey is Driver and ours "Toufeeq" was best. We were a big group but we all felt extremely safe while he was driving in such a difficult paths. He is experienced, well mannered and customer is his 1st priority, best part was he knew where to stop which type of music to play and when....what else you can ask for. Whenever we were tired or low he would play some music which will cheer us all and his happy smiling face will always give you extra comfort no matter where you are. Shahid & Afreen both planned our trip the way we wanted and were available to resolve any issues or concerns. I do recommend Kashmir Heaven to all and wish them a great future ahead!!!

el triangle that if we pay the amount by card directly to BTH we don't have to pay anything extra, Aqib also confirmed us the same but in the last moment at Kashmir he asked for a charge on card ( when we pay to any hotel by card, they never take an extra charge) that was the logic that Travel triangle gave us & it obviously made sense to us. Rest the trip was good and we enjoyed a lot.

One ot 2 rooms provided was too small even for 2 persons. And we had accommodated 3 persons by paying extra so our rooms should have been much bigger and comfortable. ow, let me take a moment to applaud our exceptional driver, Mr.Nisar. He was more than just a driver, he became our guide and a friend. We had excellent communication and understanding. Trip was executed as per planned. Hotel selection as perfect and Khushboo made everything easy for us, I won't tell this as a costly trip and she made it as luxury trip at low cost. We had language issues, but Khushboo was there to translate during shopping as well. I highly recommend Adorable Tours and Travels to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable travel experience. Booked Kashmir trip through travel triangle. Emaar was the travel agency that arranged our trip. Everything went well finally so nothing to complain. Zainab was the trip agent assigned to us. She was very helpful and accommodating. She was connected with us through-out the trip to check how it

is going for us. There were some issues with hotel booking initially but that was sorted. Hotels that were initially selected and quoted for weren't available after a day. Luckily, alternate hotels offered turned out to be good except in Pahalgam. During peak tourist season, it's difficult to trust their words on hotels availability. Need to be a little careful before making advance payment. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend Emaar to anyone planning trip to Kashmir.
